Paying €1200 for a week at least you exept to have a decent place to stay but unfortunately not in thos place. Bathroom 1.5 meter wide which within it you'll find a shower without door,water all over the room without a drain where the water can go. First bedroom you'll find a sofa bed a fridge ,large table and two burner cooking equipment which one of the burners trips the electricity every time switched on. Also in this room A/C always leaking water.this room is not bigger than 5sm so you can imagine. 2nd bedroom much better but still not valued for the money paid. Website also says private balcony but it doesn't state that is not bigger than 50cm by 1 meter and its scare to go out on it in the state it is. Another thing I cant understand is how this place is without any fire detectors in the rooms and no fire extinguishers on each floor. Most funny thing is the lift ,which I have never seen somthing like it before ,to go up and down you must keep the button pressed on which floor you want to stop until it arrives. Honestly I dont know how the italian tourist authority works but in our country this things are not acceptable. On a positive note staff is very friendly and helpful. What is for sure I will never be back at this place and I regret that I did.

Ho soggiornato ad agosto per 5 notti, appartamento sporco, soprattutto la doccia…al nostro arrivo c’erano 2 cialde di caffe e basta, le altre le ho dovute pagare. Posizione comoda

El departamento era amplio (para 6 al menos). Incluyó algunas cortesías. Incluyendo una guía con atractivos de la zona. Equipamiento completo. A pocos de metros de algunos puntos de interés, la parada de autobuses, embarcadero y playas. El recepcionista, súper atento a responder consultas.

Posizione ottima vicino al centro. Non dotato di parcheggio ma con possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze anche gratuitamente. Per quanto riguarda il resto, invece, non sono per niente soddisfatta. La pulizia molto scarsa, la camera piena di polvere, ragnatele e fuliggine ed il bagno con calcare. Per quanto riguarda la biancheria le asciugamani erano consumate e le lenzuola con dei buchi. Il cambio viene fatto al quarto giorno. Inoltre quando ci hanno portato le asciugamani pulite ci hanno lasciato tutto sul tavolino senza portarsi via le asciugamani sporche. Il balconcino è dotato di una tenda non oscurante quindi, alle prime ore del mattino, entra la luce in camera. Il condizionatore molto rumoroso anche dopo le spegnimento. Infine, l’ascensore in realtà è un montacarichi non dotato di porta interna e per arrivare al piano di destinazione bisogna tenere premuto il pulsante tutto il tempo. Tutto migliorabile peccato per la posizione ottima che da un grande potenziale.

Abbiamo soggiornato per alcune notti in questa struttura. Nostra mancanza non aver letto che non erano previste le pulizie quotidiane e la colazione. La camera aveva angolo cottura con macchinetta del caffè con 2 cialde, le altre si pagavano. La biancheria da bagno abbastanza datata, non ci sono set cortesia , il bagno aveva la finestra inapribille per una persona che non arriva al metro e settanta. Il palazzotto è molto carino, così come il terrazzino comune. La zona è vicino al porto.
