This was the perfect stay in Trapani, will definitely be coming back. Amenities and house was perfect, and staff at reception were so friendly and welcoming, and helped us with all our questions and gave advice on where to go. Breakfast included was also a great addition, can't recommend enough and will be back soon!

This is the most beautiful, cosiest place we have stayed in Sicily so far. The manager is a fantastic person, he has been understanding and helpful from the beginning. We had a slight health issue at arrival and the manager spent no effort to assist us with, going as far as running out to procure the supplies we needed to attend it. At Palazzo Ossuna you can expect a spacy, comfy apartment in the heart of the historical part of Trapani. You walk out and you're right where you want to be. We are delighted by the service and attentions of the staff. We normally do not bother to leave reviews and are quite picky with our accommodation, but this was definitely worth leaving a word. A million thanks for your care, we would stay here again anytime and recommend it to anyone passing through, couples, families and friends alike.

Il Residence si trova in posizione ideale per visitare il centro. Gli appartamenti sono ben curati e attrezzati per ogni necessità. Impeccabile l'ospitalità di tutto il personale. Super consigliato per chi vuole trascorrere una piacevole vacanza.

Bella struttura curata e pulita ,ottima posizione in pieno centro. Gentilezza e disponibilità della reception che ci ha fornito ottimi consigli ed indicazioni. Ci siamo trovati bene,a due passi c'è il viale principale di Trapani con locali e negozi. La spiaggia del centro si raggiunge a piedi in due minuti.

In occasione di un compleanno abbiamo soggiornato presso il palazzo Ossuna (tri locale superior con affaccio sulla città) per 3gg. L’appartamento è composto da una camera da letto, soggiorno, cucina e bagno al pian terreno mentre sul soppalco ci sono ulteriori 3 posti letto. Noi eravamo in 3 amici e l’abbiamo trovato ben arredato, funzionale e pulito (non abbiamo avuto necessità di accendere l’aria condizionata in quanto non era caldo). La struttura è in una posizione ottimale dato che, trovandosi all’inizio della zona pedonale, è facilmente raggiungibile dai taxi. Trovandosi in centro si raggiungono facilmente sia i ristoranti e i locali del centro che il porto per eventuali escursioni. La struttura si è dimostrata disponibile non solo durante la ns permanenza dandoci diverse indicazioni ma anche prima, in fase di prenotazione, verificando se avevamo necessità del transfer da/per l’aeroporto.

Bello, appartamento centrale, nuovo e ben tenuto. Pulizia impeccabile. Gentilezza e disponibilità...non si può chiedere di meglio.Ci hanno prenotato l'escursione a Favignana, fornito le indicazioni per il parcheggio. Eravamo al primo piano quindi poche scale.

Siamo stati a Palazzo Ossuna nel periodo de Ferragosto.Appartamento nuovo, pulito, all'inizio del centro storico comodo soprattutto di sera per andare a cena . Domenico il gestore con le ragazze della reception,Sara e Valentina, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili a fornirci qualunque tipo di informazione.Unico neo la mancanza di un parcheggio della struttura. Nonostante ciò il soggiorno è stato ottimo e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Il residence Ossuna è semplicemente perfetto per tutte le esigenze. Proprio all' inizio del centro storico e a pochissimi passi dalla porta Ossuna che dà accesso alla meravigliosa spiaggia delle mura di Tramontana. Vicino a tutti i principali servizi e a tantissimi bar e ristoranti. Vicino alle fermate degli autobus e al porto, per effettuare escursioni. Appartamento spazioso, organizzato su due livelli e dotato di ogni comfort. Non manca proprio niente 🙂. Pulizia ottima, ovunque, anche negli spazi di ingresso, sempre profumati. Il personale è FAVOLOSO. tutti super gentili, disponibili e premurosi nel consigliare e aiutare nella realizzazione delle visite che avete in programma di fare. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Lo stiamo consigliando. Grazie per questa bellissima vacanza. PS: un abbraccio alla dolcissima Sara ❤️
