We stayed one night at this fun hostel located in a convenient area of Tours. It’s an easy walk to the center of town. However we were glad that the hostel has a bar which also offered a a few snack ps. When we arrived (very hungry from a long day of travel), we were able to relax with a drink and a cheese/meat platter. They also provide luggage storage if you arrive before check in time. There is also a restaurant, which we didn’t try because it opened later. We reserved a private room with bath that was small, but comfortable and quiet. We had a great night’s sleep and would recommend the hostel for a short stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

I put 3/5 because I couldn't enjoy the benefit. Negotiation with the hotel is impossible to delay the reservation of a night (even paying a surcharge) because I took the unchanged price option. Sorry, since the hotel is far from being filled at that date.

The hotel is perfect for the guests. We have certainly noticed a lowering in the hotel standards. Subtle for steady decrease which undermine the quality and put in doubt the category of the hotel. A few of them could be enumerated: No more small bottle of body lotion of similar in the bathroom. We flagged this at reception and the lady mentioned this was never the case at this hotel, noted down our room number and never came back to us. The menu at the Room Service has been reduced and for instance, ommeletes are not available any longer. The kitchen lacks utensiles and this makes the room with kitchen experience a bit dull as you are not going to be cooking much with wooden cutlery, having to order pans at reception or needing plates that are not available on spot. I would propose either to remove them or fit them for purpose.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Tour Train Station. When I made a reservation, I thought it was a hotel similar to IBIS. After entering the room, I found a surprise. The room was warmly decorated. Although the decorations were not high-end, they were carefully designed to make people feel comfortable. This hotel is a great choice for Tours and is worth recommending.

Après avoir vécu une péripétie avec un autre hôtel ce jeudi 7 juillet à 23h30 nous avons appelé celui ci savoir s’il leur restait de la place. Nous avons eu un Monsieur très gentil au téléphone qui nous a indiqué qu’effectivement il restait des chambres de libre. 10 minutes plus tard nous étions sur place. Très bon accueil, remise de la carte de chambre avec explications très rapide ! La chambre était calme et bien isolée ! Il y faisait bon ! Pas de soucis particulier à souligner si ce n’est qu’un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain serait le bienvenue mais ceci n’est qu’un détail ! Merci à vous et nous réitérerons notre séjour lorsque nous aurons besoin ! Bon courage à toute l’équipe
