The bathroom was disgusting, the shower barely rinsed still of the previous person's hair in the shower and sink. There were also stains on the bed sheets. The walls were very thin we could hear conversations in the next room as well as in the hallways. Despite this, the location was practical and easy to access with 2 parking lots nearby and the reception staff were very friendly.

Musty room, mouldy shower, unfriendly staff. The lift was very slow and tiny. I was with a group with seven rooms. Had to email several times for a response to questions. And now I’m still waiting on a response to what appears to be a double-charge on my credit card. The guy at check-out refused to acknowledge that people could pay separately, then wouldn’t refund my card when we showed him a room had indeed been paid the night before. So I’m out €187,10 and the hotel is completely unresponsive.

Although the hotel is clearly dated and needs a major renovation this hotel seems to get nicer after a short time. For the price the rooms are good. The breakfast has something for everyone. Tourcoing is not a hotspot of activity, but it is centrally located.

Nombreuses moisissures dans la salle de bain, hôtel vétuste, chambres particulièrement exiguës. Cerise sur le gâteau : j’ai écrasé une bonne douzaine de moustiques. Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas correct. Petit-déjeuner juste OK.

Chambre 215 Points positifs : bonne literie et très propre. Petit déjeuner correct. Points négatifs : chambre en piteux état. Un trou dans un mur, peintures défectueuses sur l'autre. Dans la salle de bains : taches d'humidité sur le sol,et autour du lavabo,le bas du rideau de douche très sale, une pièce métallique en bas de la baignoire pouvant occasionner des coupures, les murs boursouflés au dessus des toilettes.
