Before booking the Toulouse Hotel, I arrived late at night, so the taxi transportation was ambiguous, so I called the hotel and asked, but the kindness of the staff was different from that of other hotels, so I made a reservation right away. Even after booking, when I asked a lot of questions, I answered very kindly, and this kindness melted all over the hotel, so it was a very satisfying stay. I recommend it!!

The location is moderate, a short walk from the city center or the river bank, next to the university, and a playground. The pool looks great, but right next to the breakfast restaurant and there is an open-air bar in the evening, where swimming is a bit awkward. There is a great park outside the pool, and getting up early in the morning is great.

Great location, central to both the bus and train station. Upon check-in, although we arrived early we were offered complimentary refreshments and the staff gave us a map on a run down on the local area. Fantastic stay from start to finish, all of the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. We had a room on the 7th floor, very well presented, clean and equipped with everything we required for our stay. Comfy bed, excellent nights sleep.
Excellent express breakfast available for €5, coffee, juice, fruit and pastry. We'll worth it!
Thank you for a lovely stay, highly recommended.

The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the train station, walking distance, and close to the city center. The breakfast at the Samsung Hotel is almost the same, and it is sure to be full. The room is larger than the room of the same level hotel in Paris.

Stayed for a few days on a business trip. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The windows are soundproofed very well. Linhe, the scenery outside the window is also very good. The breakfast was full and the waiter was very nice.

SsybbiesontheroadThe hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport by tram. It requires a bit of walking from the hotel to city center or you can take the tram and then walk for 10 minutes or so to most tourist attractions. The room is small but well designed. Most of the staff I met are very friendly. I spent 3 nights in this hotel and I would stay here again if I am to visit Toulouse in the near future!

GGuest UserBrilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

Before entering the hotel door, you need to take a photo card. However, the air conditioning system in the room cannot be adjusted by itself. The air conditioning and heating will switch automatically according to the temperature, making the room very hot, very cramped and uncomfortable. In addition, the corridors on the floors are lit by sensors, but the sensors in the corridors are not sensitive and are often dark, which is a bit scary.

HHONGYIThe apartment is superb and can be checked in early, the front desk is super friendly. The access control is very safe. The high floor view is good for sunsets and sunrises. The apartment is clean and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. Convenient transportation, diagonally opposite the Asian restaurant street. The only downside is that the breakfast is small and the price is not high.

MMaiaThis was a last minute reservation for missing a train connection. The two-room suite comfortably fit up to 4 adults with kitchenette and working towel heaters. Onsite laundry and optional continental breakfast. We had some older adults that had trouble using the bathtub safely, however, we found everything else adequate. They will hold your bags free of charge for a few hours if needed since checkout is by 11am. The metro station is in easy walking distance to explore Toulouse too. We will need to plan another trip to stay here again and explore this charming city.

FFADI linThe room is very comfortable and the equipment is quite complete. The location of the hotel is also quite downtown. It is very convenient to all urban attractions, but it can be quiet in the middle of the noise. It is very suitable for traveling and living here.

The mini kitchen with all utensils is a great convenience, and the staff is friendly. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Toulouse.

Aanne1234The room was soundproofed, although it was a house facing the street, and the outside sound was basically not heard after closing the window. Breakfast is OK, there is freshly squeezed orange juice. There is no small refrigerator in the room, but the hotel let us put the things we bought in the refrigerator in their kitchen, which was very intimate. The staff is kind and courteous.
There is no hot water in the room.

AAnonymous UserLocation was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying.
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .
