If you're heading to Toulouse and want a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient.
The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals.
The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind.
Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience.

"So, knowing that I am generally satisfied with my stay and that I recommend the structure, I have even to sign positive and negative points.
- the structure is clean and also the rooms except for the kitchen (it was dirty in the plate of the covers)
- breakfast is not bad but at the level of the ”salted” there was not much
- The staff was kind and available but it did not give any information from their initiative (for example, ask if you wanted a card, if you needed something for the room like a paraplus bed, since they saw me with a baby... .No proposal!)
It's the biggest negative point...for example, no one tells you that the room would not be cleaned by anyone (though the flyer posed in the sdb that explains to put the wallpapers in the shower if you want clean wallpapers...we did it and in the end de jour on les achevé toujours dans la douche....grosse déception et colère vu le prix correspondant à un prix d'hôtel...)

The bed is comfortable and the common spaces are very nice.
Don't forget free Wi-Fi and that works very well.
If not the hotel is nice, recent and despite all I think to return and I pe conseil.

The front door looks small, but there are actually many rooms inside and a laundry room, which is very convenient. The facilities are complete and the hygiene is good. "No service, basically self-service. There is no need to worry about hygiene and comfort. It's because it's a bit like the apartment-style accommodation in large units in China. It feels like there is only a dormitory manager in the whole building. Every door is locked and there is no sound at all, so the sense of security is a bit lacking. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to describe it as having no worldly air. There is a kitchen in the room, but it is difficult to buy food. Without a car, you can't go too far to buy food. The road was full of cars and few pedestrians, and there was not much of a bustling atmosphere. My mother and I traveled on our own, and his father did not go, so we felt insecure. Actually, there were no accidents. We went to see the Airbus headquarters museum. Anyway, there is no atmosphere of fireworks. It is very close to Airbus headquarters. Taxi 12 euros. 20 minutes walk. The locals should live a relatively closed life, and are very self-centered and uncivilized in ideology. They are the kind of people who have never seen a bigger or better world, and think that owning the Airbus headquarters means they own the whole world, and they are the only ones who are superior to others. So when dealing with them, you must be very polite and have high standards of manners, otherwise you will be misunderstood. Haha, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. It's no big deal."

GGuest UserBrilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

Upon check-in, although we arrived early we were offered complimentary refreshments and the staff gave us a map on a run down on the local area. Fantastic stay from start to finish, all of the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. We had a room on the 7th floor, very well presented, clean and equipped with everything we required for our stay. Comfy bed, excellent nights sleep.
Excellent express breakfast available for €5, coffee, juice, fruit and pastry. We'll worth it!

YYAHUAThe hotel is about 700-800 meters from the train station, walking distance, and close to the city center. The breakfast at the Samsung Hotel is almost the same, and it is sure to be full. The room is larger than the room of the same level hotel in Paris.

Only negatives are the hotel is a bit old-fashioned and my bathroom was a bit tatty. Needs updating. Also there were no charging points by the bed. And several times I came in to reception - such as at check in, and another day to collect my key I had dropped off - and there was no one there and no one answered the bell despite me pressing it several times. This needs to be improved.
Otherwise I had a good stay.

The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .

I arrived to my room and the toilet was not functioning properly. Staff were on it within 40 minutes and had fixed it themselves asap. Very accommodating and helpful with anything I was unsure with. Minimal amenities in the room, but was lucky enough to have a balcony nonetheless. Functioning AC too. You pay for what you get.
