Drunks staying at this hotel making use of the 24 hr bar. We were kept awake until we felt we had little choice but to leave at 3:30am due to the shouting, laughing and banging of doors with the receptionist able to do nothing due to feeling threatened by this group. Upon leaving we were given a phone number to make a claim but it turned out to be a taxi company! If you are looking for rest before or after a flight do not stay in this hotel and do not believe what must be fake positive reviews as we did and it turned out to be a disaster, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

From telephone service to make the reservation, providing information on offers and more, luxury rooms with all the comforts. Incredible suites with jacuzzi. The attentive service from the moment we arrived until we left. Highly recommended food menu. There is not a single fault for this wonderful site.

From minute 0 the guy at the reception was pedantic, he literally took us to a cellar, the room was tiny, with an open jacuzzi 30 cm from the bed, the bedroom had no window, total darkness like in a cave. We complained and they took us to another room where the air conditioning does not work, again we complained and they took us to a third room and the receptionist complained, the whole time he was complaining, very bad treatment, he only blamed Booking. When we opened the closet to put our clothes in there were empty Redbull cans and empty boxes and a disgusting smell. To make matters worse, someone opened the door to the room at nine and something at night and I had just gotten out of the shower and saw me when I was getting dressed, we still wonder why they wanted to enter a room that is occupied. Expensive hotel and not recommended at all. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A WORSE HOTEL THAN THIS AND WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST.

What horrible service, I think it is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. My wife and I arrived and I had a surprise for her and the same guy at the reception ruined it by entering the room first and ruining the surprise. When we check out, a girl at the reception accuses me of stealing a towel and a rug, what a shame, when there was only one towel to dry us both. I think it looks like anything but a hotel. Experiencia inolvidable llegamos y nos recibieron con dos copas de cava , la muchacha de recepción nos subió a la habitación y nos explicó cómo funcionaban las instalaciones, también nos ofrecieron cena , nos comimos una ensalada cesa y dos hamburguesas blanck angus espectaculares y luego valeriana la recepcionista no puso dos daiquiris de fresa . Volvería a ir sin duda ninguna :)
