Unpolite, distespectfull staff. Small, dirty rooms, dated furniture. There are no clear directions to the entrance…it is only Sol written on the roof of one of the buildings, where they told us we are in the wrong hotel. We were looking for the entrance for 40min. Navigation leads to the parking where they don’t want to let you in so you always go back looking for it. I had to go around whole block by walk to finally find the entrance. Before all that we were traveling 2hs from the airport because of some triatlon since nobody informed us that the street infront of hotel will be closed. So we got stuck for 1,5 hour on the spot which should be 7mins to the hotel, by the car. On the reception they blamed Booking for not informing us about this blocade, saying it is not their job to inform us since we booked through the Booking. Reception staff was extremly rude and not willing to help. I travel a lot but never experienced this rudeness. So, when we finally entered the room, and got to the toilet after few hours of unplanned trip, we found dirty toilet. Never saw this in my life. So, went back to reception to change the room, but instead to say sorry, receptionis lady sent me to end of the row to wait all over again, after like few families who came to check in actually after me. This really pissed me off. It was like 20:30h already, my husbands suitcase was lost, we had to go to buy him stuffs while all shops were closing, we were hungry, thirsty, exausted…and recepcionist did not care at all. So I had to call a manager who was more helpfull and finally gave us a room at very last minute. Of coarse we did not have a time to use our dinner that night…we hardly made it to the mall before they closed it to buy basic stuffs. About the room…it is extremly small, the fridge is totally empty, no water at all, no slippers, no bathing coats, not any single kit… it should be a two star hotel instead. My glass was not washed at all for the whole 5 days while we were there. Also, hotel was so crowded we couldnt often find table to eat…most of the guests are over 60 years old, which is actually nice because most of them are quiet and pleasant people. But some of the guests were 90+ with the condition where they should actually be somewhere with professional care… like one gentleman who was probably wearing diapers (I hope!) I could guess by very unforgettable smell he gave me during the breakfast which I couldn’t eat after that. And once again in the elevator, the same guy, other day. I had no intention using pools or any shared facilities after this. So for us they did not exist. We didn’t get bathing coats anyway.

Beautiful Hotel. I stumbled across this whilst looking on Jet2 ( wasn’t recommended) Couldn’t fault it. Very clean, friendly staff, friendly maids. We stayed bed and breakfast and wasn’t disappointed at any of the choice available to us. Can use all pools that are part of the hotel chain I.e Don Pedro, Don Pablo & Don Marco. Entertainment was good which we watched most nights. It’s in a great location, very close to beach, bars, restaurants & shops. Also close to Burger King which my daughter ate at a lot as she is autistic and fussy about food. Already looking at prices to return to Don Pedro next year.

Returned last week from our 6th visit to this complex.weve always stayed in either don marco or don pablo this was first time in don pedro.we chose a pool access room .the first room we were given was a family room which had double bed and a single bed in ,this wasn't what we had wanted so we were able to change to a room closer to the bar end .it was great to just step out of the gate onto the pool area and back in again whenever we wanted.we had a lot of flies in our room at night, even with doors and window shut ,we had to.buy fly spray to get rid of them each day.we chose to go all inclusive as you get branded drinks, food isn't that great.breakfast is always good but lunch and dinner very repetitive and we usually eat out couple nights,we've been going to torremolinos for 15 years now so know where to venture out to.we had breakfast in our room a couple of times which was really good,we felt bad as we couldn't eat all of it so it would be wasted.don marco hotel has been renovated inside it looks lovely but a little clinical,we barely saw more than 2 people sitting on the chairs or on the new outside area, the space could have been used much better, maybe even an a la carte restaurant. we always come in September 4 my birthday or my partners birthday, we had bottle of bubbly in the room which is a nice touch.overall we had another good holiday here and I'm sure we will be back next year.

We stayed here for 7 nights, half board in August 2024 as a family of 3 - 2 adults and one child (age 2). Check in was quick and easy - reception staff very friendly and helpful during any interactions. Credit card required at check in for security reasons but no money taken. We stayed in a double room which consisted on three beds. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday, fresh towels provided. We were on the bottom floor which I had requested due to having a young child. The room and hotels itself were very modern. We had a large balcony looking on to one of the many pools and it has 2 x sunbeds and a small table and chairs as well as a drying facility for any clothes/towels etc. The hotel has many pools available to use, including an indoor pool all of which were very clean and well manned by life guard staff. We had no issues finding any sunbeds and even if these had been pre-reserved by people and then not used, notice was given for these to be removed by staff. The splash park is a great addition for young kids and provides endless amount of fun as well as a small park area. We did not take part in any of the hotel activities however, seen lots going on and looked great fun with many taking part. Photographer also around during day and night which is a lovely addition. Hotel grounds are well kept and very nice scenery. We ate in both restaurants (Don Pablo facilities can also be used). The food was great quality, lots of choice and also very hot and fresh. Many items are cooked by the chefs in front of you and to your requests. We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central base in Torresmolinos - close to beach, main town centre and front *****. We would definitely return.

We stayed here for a week half board and there was 9 of us. The rooms were ok - we even found them ok even with the extra bed and the aircon worked perfectly. The food was delicious here and there was also a different selection each night which was a good point! Pools were large and lots of activities going on within the days however the evening entertainment was poor and we didn’t enjoy this - we found ourselves going out to explore in the evenings instead. Our only other downside is we did find some of the staff rude and very unwelcoming - but these are our only down points! We would return in the future.

Lovely hotel with excellent friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable (no kettle in the room though). My wife took Ill and was hospitalised half way through our stay and the staff were very helpful. Carlos, the jet2 rep was excellent too.

The hotel is spotless and cannot be faulted for cleanliness, the rooms are small and do not have any tea and coffee facilities if you want this in the room you have to pay. The food is plentiful but, repetitive and some dishes were not very hot and some meats were tough . Some reception staff were lovely and others continued their conversation before acknowledging your presence. The beach is only a short walk across the road from the hotel however, the town centre is approximately a 10/15 minute walk which is not suitable for someone disabled. I think that this hotel is overpriced and for that reason I would not return

Where do I start ,the location of the hotel is perfect, across the road from the beach .The rooms are lovely and suitable for guests with mobility issues. The restaurants are spacious and spotless clean .Great variety of food, cooked to perfection. Now onto the staff, each and every member of staff are so pleasant, hardworking ,conscientious.Lola ,Raul and dining room always welcome you with a smile .Management are hands on ,the young tall dark haired ,with a beard (sorry didn’t get his name) but he’ll know who I am as I spoke to him on a few occasions, rolls up his sleeves and is definitely a huge part of his team .On the morning of departure there had been a severe thunderstorm and both dining rooms were flooded along with reception areas ,I’m eternally grateful for each and everyone of the staff who were up to there ankles in water .They we’re all mopping up ,the security, pool people, gardeners and even the chef had his wellies on .The young manager appeared in jeans and wellies too.A wonderful team effort by all .The young waiter with his trousers rolled up serving a continental breakfast for departing guests . Thank you for all your dedication. I will certainly return to Don Pedro soon .
