very clean room with decent size, we took the shuttle at 5 am to catch a early flight, the 24 hrs free shuttle is a great service. comfortable bed.

last minute stay Westin airport Toronto due to flight canceled by WestJet. They provide free shuttle bus btw airport to hotel. room is clean, I check with front desk, Can I use swimming pool after check out during very tired for fixed new flight. front desk say okay but when check out. the front desk is not allow use. oh well...what can i say.

There is free airport pickup, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are spacious, and luggage can be stored for free. However, you must stay here on the return trip as well, so there is no breakfast. There is a Subway at the door!

The breakfast is good and the room is relatively large, but the bed seems a bit high. I am 168cm tall and I think my body proportions are normal. I have to jump onto the bed. The edge of the bed is at the upper half of my buttocks. It is quite comfortable to sleep on the bed.

The hotel has airport pick-up. If you call the front desk, they will arrange a driver to pick you up. The service is very good, especially the breakfast, which is simply God's service. The room is very clean. Although it is not big, the facilities are OK. The room does not come with slippers and toothbrushes. There are hotel buses to and from each terminal of the airport, leaving every half hour. The breakfast was pretty good and rich. The only drawback is that the air conditioner in the room is too loud, which may be very noisy for light sleepers.

The pillows are uncomfortable and uneven, which lowers my score for Westin's management.
