Very good hotel, trendy and stylish, with sophisticated facilities, very comfortable bedding, the whole hotel is filled with the smell of perfume, I don't want to leave here, it's very close to Chinatown, it's convenient to travel, the Japanese food next door is highly recommended!
A retro industrial style hotel. Young artists should like it. It feels like a new building, clean and comfortable..
There is a restaurant downstairs, it feels great, but it's a pity that I didn't eat it.

Trendy hotel with amazing amenities. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well designed. Love the wine bar, especially for happy hour. The area is very convenient and walkable to key attractions and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!!
The check-in time at the Hyatt was 4:00 pm, which was later than I've been in contact with other hotels. Fortunately, the check-out time is 12:00, which is better than 11:00 in some hotels.
The front desk of the hotel took down my mobile number and told me: If the room is ready in advance, I will be called. Unfortunately, no call was received.
Check in after 4:00, the front desk calls the room and asks what else you need, such as water, coffee, etc.
The location is incomparably excellent, the staff are very polite and enthusiastic, and as a ”clean freak”, I am also very satisfied with the hygiene. There are two disadvantages: the subway in this room is too noisy, and there is a subway passing through the underground every few minutes, which is very noisy! The shower water in the bathroom is too small, which is very uncomfortable. Therefore, if I come again, I will definitely not choose *** and similar rooms.
Ritz standard and quality has always been the best among its peers. My stay this time did not disappoint me. The services in all aspects were also very personalized, creating a very unforgettable and comfortable stay experience!

Highly recommended! Great location, easy parking, and fantastic service. Staff are caring, kind, and are edger to assist and ensure you have a memorable experience.
Looking forward to my next visit.
The room was spectacular and the food was delicious. We went down to the restaurant the first night and they had a pianist and a great vibe. We enjoyed the pool the following day and all the services were wonderful. We also ordered room service which was my favorite part! The pancakes are to die for. Every single team member was amazing, genuine and kind. Bravo on running such a welcoming lovely place.
I recently hosted a conference at the Gibson Ballroom and the staff were incredibly flexible and attentive. Catering was amazing and the event staff made sure our every need was taken care of. I worked with Cathy, Kimia, Alla, and Kuga, and they were all very kind and professional. Despite there being an issue with heating, the hotel made sure proper measures were put in place to solve this issue. The event was a huge success!

Outstanding
RRuilinThe hotel is located outside the subway Union Station. It's a convenient place to stay, whether you're coming from the airport or taking the Go Train back from Niagara Falls.
There is a coffee machine with 3 capsules, cutters. Just bought watermelon at the supermarket outside the hotel.
Nice radio, playing music for me right in the door.

GGuest UserAt first glance, the hotel looks very new. The back of the hair dryer is covered in dust. There are two bottles of shower gel but no shampoo... I was speechless when I opened my head. I could only console myself that it was someone else's foundation that was not washed off. What else can I say? At 9 o'clock in the morning, the room service knocked hard on the door. Do you still need to help me clean the house if I only stay for one night?
NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future
RRuilinby Lake Ontario. Get off at Union Station of the subway, turn to Streetbus No. 509 and 510 in the subway station, and you will arrive at the hotel entrance.
The girl at the front desk is very elegant.
Inside and outside the hotel are stylish and stylish, and the rooms are fresh and beautiful. Very comfortable.
Equipped with coffee machine, several coffee capsules.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located within 10min drive from Toronto airport, which is very convenient for transit passengers. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes. The restaurant opens till 11pm and has a reasonable menu to choose from. Overall, good experience as we only stayed for one night for our onward journey.
Wwanderlust123Great clean room and love the city view! Room is spacious. Nice firm bed. Bathroom is clean and spacious too! Do note that they do not have electric kettle in the rooms, so do request for one if you need one. Slightly outside of downtown Toronto approx 20-30mins drive out, depending on traffic. Got the room at a great price during Black Friday, for non peak season!
00_nika_0Either I have been in different place or the place changed a lot. Travelers home was clean, like hospital clean. You cannot walk in in your shoes (which is good) and there are fines for everything that gets broken, so maybe the approach changed over last year. It was not big, but as I mentioned - clean, with laundromat and close to the city center. Good for few nights stay.
GGuest UserI stayed with Samesun in Toronto in Mars 2023. They have a 24 h open reception. The check in went smoothly, the rooms, bathrooms and showers were clean! You have a charger and a small lamp by your bed and curtains to separate yourself from the other’s. The best thing about the stay was the free of charge breakfast in the morning! Coffee, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit etc.. so nice.

GGuest UserI want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants.
It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.

GGuest UserWarm, efficient and quick check in. A short Uber ride to the airport, location was perfect for me with a Tim Horton's coffee shop almost next door and a large shopping mall one km away. Room was clean, spacious and great wifi. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker was perfect for my three day stay. My room was also quiet. Bed comfy, lots of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Staff super friendly and helpful.
