Very close to Pearson Airport. Good for short business stays. Not much amenities around.

We arrived two hours before check in time, waited only a few minutes to check in,it's very nice.And the room is clean too.

I had a bad experience staying in Woodbine Hotel. I had my reservations and called them several times few weeks ago before my arrival date to confirm my booking and the front desk confirmed my reservations. When I get there And check in the room, again I double check my reservation for 2 nights and requested for the same room as I have my early tour the next day for the entire day and front desk was informed about it. However, when I came back at night from my long day tour, I approached the front desk to get my key and she asked my name to verify and hand over to me the key with the same room number from the first night. I decided to have a dinner first then, after few more hours, I came back to enter my room but key wasn’t working and again I asked the front desk to double check my key and this time, I spoke to a guy in the front desk, I told him I couldn’t be able to enter the room, so he checked and reprogram my key.When I’m about to enter my room only to find out that there’s another guest occupying the room. It was a DOUBLE-CHECK IN. I proceeded to the front desk immediately, and I was really upset and tired from a long trip but he was just telling me it was a MISTAKE. It was 1am and a long tiring day for me so, I didn’t want to argue and didn’t get my room accommodation anymore but requested the manager to call me and email me whenever he comes the next day.Unfortunately, after 3 days until now, I haven’t receive any calls or email from the manager and no action taken. I keep calling the property but still the manager wasn’t around yet, It seems they don’t take the complaint seriously….

The reception was very helpful to wait for my check in even I could come to the hotel in the mid night. She can also provide helping hand for allowing me to leave the luggage there for a couple of hours after checked out.

Amazing staff and location!

There is no religious discrimination, but this is a Muslim hotel, so it is not convenient to eat and drink.

The location of the hotel is very good, 6 minutes by car from the airport, 13 yuan for Uber. The room is not small, the bedding is average, and the bathroom supplies are also average, but two bottles of bottled water are provided every day, which is very good for Samsung in Canada. The breakfast is good, rich enough to reach 4-star level, with waffles and fresh fruit. However, the egg sausage and bacon depend on the mood of the chef, some of them are fried

Very small room with much too big desk chair which prevents fluid circulation in the room. Lunch was not good. Room that smelled of humidity (impossible to open the window) Messy bathroom (soiled floor in the shower and rust in the sink) Unfriendly shower (lack of space, water accumulates on the floor) Faulty light near the bed Fruit fly in the room Noise in the hotel until very late Friday evening due to a wedding reception The card was demagnetized during the day and when we arrived on Friday evening, no one was present at the front desk for more than 15 minutes to respond to our request. Disappointed with the quality, we do not recommend this place.
