The hotel is really great, the food is super, the location is very good, the staff is friendly, Parbar is very entertaining, we were very pleased with the attention, we had a wonderful 10 days as a family in March break.Thanks Toronto Marriott , I hope we come back as soon as possible .and Mr Charles is very helpful very kind we are very pleased to know him thank you

Very good hotel . Feels luxury. Rooms are very clean and nice . Very comfortable . Cleaning ladies form ukraine were very good, polite and clean well. Breakfast stuff very friendly and helpful. Reception people fast and nice . Very happy with my choice and stay

Nice location, near yonge street and queens park and many taste restaurants. swimming pool was not big and not deep(1.2m), but good for children's playing.

Good location and nice king size bed room Just wifi needs to pay and free for Marriott member only I am the Marriott member but during the check out , it charges me wifi fee , after discussion, then it was waived as I am the member , I would suggest to Offer free wifi for hotel customers as this is very common in all other high class hotels

Bed was not clean. There was not water in the room

It was good hotel but there was problem on my room's heater fan , it was sooooo noisy , told them that , engineer attended but was still noisy , they offered me exchange room at last night of my stay , I refused it , because it was too late ,I was so tired to do it , they offered me free breakfast

Good location, and staff were nice.

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and service is great. To get to the shopping district or the business district, you might need to walk 5-10 minutes as little buses reach this area. It is in a safe area, would recommend.

The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, next to the Eaton Shopping Center, and Chinatown is just over 20 minutes' walk away, so it's very convenient to eat! The hotel itself is also good, it has been renovated. When we first checked in, we were given a very small window room, which was not the room type we booked, and it smelled! Later, after we coordinated with Ctrip, we were immediately taken to see the room and changed to the room type we originally booked, but the hotel said that there was an upgrade fee, and Ctrip later borne the cost! So overall, I was quite satisfied, the hotel was very clean! I was very satisfied! And it was cleaned every day! As for the view, because it was on the 17th floor, it was not very high, so there was no view. We were facing the entrance of the hotel lobby, and all we saw were buildings!

No car party! The location is excellent, 15-20 minutes walk from Union Station, or take the yellow line subway for two stops, and 5 minutes walk from Queen Station. I just arrived in Toronto and was not familiar with it. I took two subway stops, and then basically took the hotel as the center, relying on my legs... Next to the hotel is the old town hall building and the landmark Philips Square (the huge Toronto word), Eaton shopping mall, Yonge-Dundas Square... 10 minutes walk to the art gallery AGO, 20 minutes to the ROM Museum; 20 minutes to St. Lawrence Market... The front desk service is very enthusiastic and responsive. I ordered a cocktail, and the food was delivered quickly and the price was reasonable. But there are many restaurants nearby, and they are open until late in the summer, so there is no need to eat in the hotel. I don’t know if it’s related to the peak season and the short holiday in Toronto, the hotel has some free activities every day: free popsicles, ice tea, cookies, root beer, soft candy... The bedding is OK, but the room soundproofing is not good. You can hear the sound of people talking or watching TV next door... There is a small swimming pool, spa and gym on the top floor of the hotel...

The location is excellent, just across the church is the Eaton Shopping Center and the subway station. The room is small and the service is friendly. All toiletries and free drinking water need to be requested from the concierge.

Satisfied, the location is excellent, travel is convenient, and the facilities are very good. Opposite is the Toronto sign, and you can walk to the can tower, which is a great experience.
