This booking was a sham. The only thing not shared is your Bed. The pin & check in numbers don't work. They don't show up to let you in. And they never call back once they don't show up. I can't rate the experience because we didn't have get to have one! Thank you for a great time in Toronto.

Found out the day of check in that it was not a two bedroom suite as purchased. It was a “shared condo” where my daughter and her friend would have locking bedrooms in a shared condo. Unacceptable. This was around noon on the day of check-in. I was offered a refund and made other accommodations but have not seen that refund in a week. Still working on it.

The room is clean, the living room is bright, well furnished, and the landlord is friendly. Strongly recommended.

When I booked the room, it was specified as a two-bedroom apartment, but before check-in, they told me I would be sharing it with 6 other people. I immediately complained to Ctrip, and thank Ctrip for giving me a refund.

You must be careful with this hotel. The price is based on the price of a complete suite, but it actually requires sharing the living room, kitchen and other facilities with 5 other guests. The landlord actually put one of the rooms on the platform and deceived her. It was inconsistent with the actual situation but did not allow a refund. I almost took the medicine. Fortunately, the Ctrip platform intervened, but I didn’t expect that it was still hanging online.
