我想給0分，結果沒有這個選項，糟糕透頂的酒店：1.大熱天大堂不開空調，工作人員開風扇，我們沒有風扇，熱死了。2：我們下午4點多辦理入住，告知我們房間沒打掃好，讓我們等，大堂就像蒸鍋，還漏水。3:房間廁所透明玻璃窗，沒有布料可以隔擋。4、最重要的是床墊，無法睡，應該是很久以前的，躺下去是與彈簧親密接觸，背部鉻得親痛，把被子拿來墊着睡，還是不行，加上他的浴巾，也無法躺下，最後喊老闆加了被芯雙層墊着，勉強睡，但是彈簧還是很明顯，大堂一個年輕女工作人員服務態度糟糕，直接説不要找他，她不是老闆，不知道！

酒店地理位置優越，逛街購物吃小吃，逛夜市都很方便，每次去桐鄉都住在紫龍賓館，價格也合理…節假日期間房間會比平時漲不少……

給自家哥哥定的，還定了個豪華單間，屋裡黑的呀，沙發腿還是壞的，牆上的壁紙都發黴發黑了，在房間吃個飯，要個紙，直接告訴我讓我自己下樓拿，態度也是很惡劣，真是很不好的體驗，除了差評還是差評！絕不會再去了，
