The rooms at Kaiyuan Hotel are simply the best! 🏨 The room is big enough to hold a party, and it is as clean as new. It is hard to bear to leave. The breakfast is so rich that it will take a whole morning to taste all the food! The service is also impeccable. The smiles of the staff seem to have healing power, which makes people feel good instantly. Coupled with the fresh air and charming smell, it is simply a five-star experience! This hotel simply meets all my needs perfectly!

The hotel is only 5 mins by walking to East gate of Wuzhen, many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel look very new with morden facilities, spacious room but do not have minibar. Highly recommend. If you are traveller and want to use free hotel wifi , they request for local phone number to receive code to access. I was impressive with the washlet toilet.

The room is great, with a big bathtub, and the bed is very comfortable. The balcony is not very easy to use. The hygiene is okay. The aunt didn't clean the tea set and mouthwash cup on the first day. The soundproofing is average, but it’s noisy when the neighbor next door goes out early in the morning! It takes 15-20 minutes to walk from Wuzhen Xizha, which is a certain distance.

It feels not so good. It may be a requirement for bringing children. Because it is a double-bedroom apartment, I moved the bed and found several bugs of different sizes. There was also a black one, which was taken away by the child with a tissue. I also found that kind of black bug, the kind that bites people. The one in the video is too big. I covered it with a tissue and stepped on it to death. My skin is sensitive, I don’t know if it was bitten. Anyway, I felt itchy after taking a shower in the room. I was so scared that I didn’t dare to fall asleep all night. I was afraid that the child would be bitten too.
