I was upgraded to the deluxe double room from the room of my booking as Siao D (the guy in charge) told me because
of low season/availability he was happy to upgrade me. I was very pleased and didn't have to pay any extra for the upgrade. Location is walking distance to the famous tourists West Scenic Wuzhen place. Eatery outlet readily available outside the hotel so were the rickshaws. Hotel very quiet. Siao D took care of every enquiries with no hesitation and helped me in all my needs. He sent me personally to the Tongxing train station the day I left, that was really awesome! (With no charge). Felt safe in the place too.

Environment: Very good, the surrounding area has a strong sense of humanity
