The environment is not very quiet

This is the first time I am so impatient to review Let me tell you the whole story. The clothes rack in the room was originally broken. When I checked out, I told me that I broke it and asked me for 15 yuan. There are some other minor flaws in the hotel. This doesn't matter, it's just that I feel really angry about being wronged for no reason. In the end, a Ctrip customer stepped in and compensated me 20 yuan, thanking Ctrip for its recognition of customers and Ctrip's service. Finally, the store manager of the hotel also took the initiative to call me to apologize and wanted to refund me 15 yuan. I affirmed the store manager's service and hoped that the hotel would be more careful in future work and investigate some matters first. Make a decision. 以前沒住過，先定了以後來到看的房間，酒店環境整潔，房間佈局很不錯，前台服務員超級有禮貌，乾淨衞生 在這樣的酒店心情都很舒適，距離城中心也不遠，位置很不錯。
