此次入住體驗非常差！也很無奈… 一般很少評價，哪怕是入住過程中有這樣那樣的小問題也都不太願意去計較，畢竟大家都不容易，特別是服務行業更是如此！但這次入住卻給了我一個非常不一樣的體驗…這次入住是6號7號兩天，本來一切都還好，但在7號下午五點半左右，我躺床上休息，迷迷糊糊間我的房間門被從外面打開了，注意是毫無徵兆用房卡打開的…然後就聽到一個男聲“哦”了一聲退了出去…意不意外 驚不驚喜！隨後我就立馬到前台説明情況，而聽了前台給我的反饋我真的無語至極！大概意思就是有客人説他（她）住在1109（居然和我一個房間，好笑吧）是來不及回來還是什麼原因要酒店去房間幫把行李拿下來，然後不知道酒店方是如何操作的，就讓保安拿着房卡去開門了…就這我衹説幾個點！第一，有客人説住在某間房，前台人員不做任何核實就確認了嗎？第二，前台人員應該是明確掌握當天的房態的，也就是客房入住情況的，明知道1109號房是入住房而非退房或空房的情況依然讓保安拿着房卡去開門？第三，事情過去大概一個小時後，有前台人員打電話到房間跟我説，為表歉意可以給我換一間房或是房費減免，我就説如何善後是酒店方的事，我都可以接受，然後就沒有然後了！説實話，之前對本酒店影響一直挺好的，到通海出差也都是入住本酒店，但這次的事確實讓我心有餘悸…給出這樣的評價實屬無奈但絕對實事求是！
