International Resort Hotel Yurakujo Reviews

Arrived at the airport and just caught the last shuttle bus to the hotel with a friendly and helpful driver. Easy checkin and spacious twin room. Very comfy beds, kettle and coffee plus good fridge in room. Didn’t have a chance to explore the facilities in spite of having an all access pass as caught the 10.42am hotel transfer bus into Tokyo station with was comfortable, punctual, spotless and reasonably priced. I’d skip the breakfast which cost me £18.50, as for someone vegan and gluten free (who also eats fish occasionally) there was genuinely hardly anything I could eat. The food looked mass produced and apparently the meatballs and bacon were definitely to be avoided. Probably the worst meal I’ve had in all my visits to Japan

We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. The crab dinner buffet was amazing because of the unlimited supply of fresh snow crab. However the breakfast selection did not change for the 3 days we stayed there. The complimentary onsen (Yurakujo) was eye opening!

The resort is big, staffs are very friendly. We got the connecting room for a family of 5 and it’s big. We enjoyed the dinner buffet food choices and it’s nice that they have a complimentary drink for every guest, me and my husband loved that part so much as we got to enjoy our wine while having dinner after a long tiring day of flight 😊. Will definitely book again.

Nice resort not far from Narite Airport wih free transfer. Green area with deep outdoor pool and all year indoor pool. Tasty dinner and breakfast. Big rooms with windows. Friendly staff with good level of english.

Nice hotel and attentive staff. I suggest you check your booking info when selecting rooms as I found that my room was not issued with daily cleaning. Didn't see that when booking. Also if you come for the pool and Onsen like I did, you need to know they don't allow tattooed people in either which was very disappointing and info not provided on the booking site. The free shuttle service is great.

Everything great about this hotel. Except the bathtub and toilet. It stinks and old

Arrived late and it was a fuss free check in process. However hotel room abit old and not that clean. Hope this can be improve. Is only 20min drive to Narita Airport

This is a hidden gem. The amenities and the snow crab buffet was amazing! I will return! Highly recommend this place. Very peaceful setting

It has a 7/11 inside so snacks are available. The shuttle is great if you're coming from Narita. If you miss the shuttle take a taxi, the map will have you walk something crazy.

The facilities were excellent but the hotel is far away from the city centre and metro stations
