The resort is big, staffs are very friendly. We got the connecting room for a family of 5 and itโs big. We enjoyed the dinner buffet food choices and itโs nice that they have a complimentary drink for every guest, me and my husband loved that part so much as we got to enjoy our wine while having dinner after a long tiring day of flight ๐. Will definitely book again.

AIC was the closest hotel to Narita Airport. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and always willing to help. I felt very comfortable. and the room decoration is good. Traveling in Japan was more comfortable and easy than traveling in other countries. thank you

Reception service is awesome and they even have free shuttle bus to Narita airport for early morning flight (with reservations through counter).

The room was clean except for some stains in the bed sheet. I was on the 2nd flr. So it was a bit noisy. Choosing a room on the upper levels is much better. Breakfast was good.

Drop a night there due to the late arrival flight. It is very near the train stations, many convenient stores and restaurants nearly. The free breakfast is more than we expected. An ideal selection for a night in Narita.

The hotel was very clean. The hotel front desk staff are very courteous and professional. The location is outstanding, 6 minute walk from terminal 1. The free hotel bus operates on schedule and the drivers are all courteous and helpful!!
