I recommend this hotel if you are going with your family specifically in summer hot time. Because this hotel has outside pool. The breakfast was nice and had so many options. I would definitely stay here in next time with my family.

Arrived at the airport and just caught the last shuttle bus to the hotel with a friendly and helpful driver. Easy checkin and spacious twin room. Very comfy beds, kettle and coffee plus good fridge in room. Didn’t have a chance to explore the facilities in spite of having an all access pass as caught the 10.42am hotel transfer bus into Tokyo station with was comfortable, punctual, spotless and reasonably priced.
I’d skip the breakfast which cost me £18.50, as for someone vegan and gluten free (who also eats fish occasionally) there was genuinely hardly anything I could eat. The food looked mass produced and apparently the meatballs and bacon were definitely to be avoided. Probably the worst meal I’ve had in all my visits to Japan

We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. The crab dinner buffet was amazing because of the unlimited supply of fresh snow crab. However the breakfast selection did not change for the 3 days we stayed there.
The complimentary onsen (Yurakujo) was eye opening!

The resort is big, staffs are very friendly. We got the connecting room for a family of 5 and it’s big. We enjoyed the dinner buffet food choices and it’s nice that they have a complimentary drink for every guest, me and my husband loved that part so much as we got to enjoy our wine while having dinner after a long tiring day of flight 😊. Will definitely book again.

Nice resort not far from Narite Airport wih free transfer. Green area with deep outdoor pool and all year indoor pool. Tasty dinner and breakfast. Big rooms with windows. Friendly staff with good level of english.

The hotel is not new but it is big enough room and good to have a hot spring free next to the hotel building…the staff is friendly and nice … don’t expect the food too much at hotel. You can dine outside 😊

Nice hotel and attentive staff. I suggest you check your booking info when selecting rooms as I found that my room was not issued with daily cleaning. Didn't see that when booking. Also if you come for the pool and Onsen like I did, you need to know they don't allow tattooed people in either which was very disappointing and info not provided on the booking site.
The free shuttle service is great.
