Very clean, private room and bath. Easy access to kitchen and pantry items. Very welcoming and easy to check in and out. Convenient to enter with a code, even during a late arrival. Make sure to visit Toledo Museum of Art and the Glass Pavilion that are within walking distance.

This was a great find. Landon was a great host, the house was beautiful, and it suited our needs perfectly for an overnight on our way elsewhere. The house is located in the Old West End of Toledo and has a fascinating history. The bed was very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.

I love this place!!! Landon is the host with the most, the location can't be beat, the house is gorgeous and full of history, nice big rooms, comfy beds, I could go on and on. Really enjoyed the coffee and tea bar as well as the fix your own breakfast (one of ours slept in while the other 2 chowed down). Designated parking spots (always a plus) make it a snap to unload. Toledo has so much to offer - start with the downtown library (just trust me) then head to the Art Museums, Zoo, Botanical Gardens, etc. You will not be dissappointed!

We had the pleasure of stay at the Kings Throne Inn this past weekend with our adult daughter and her friend. What a charming place to stay and relax, we could not have asked for anything more. Large spaces, totally stocked kitchen to use, and ingredients for breakfast. This home is exactly what we look for and love to stay in. It has beautiful bones and just the right quirky accents. It has the close proximity to the Toledo Art Museum and a charming neighborhood to explore the other historic architecture. Landon was so easy to work with and accommodating. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and if you forgot anything, it was covered. It was a quick stay but halfway between our respective homes and we all agree, we would book/stay again!
