I am aware of the earlier negative reviews, which almost made me skip this hotel, but it was the best option for us and I'm glad I chose it! It was sparkly clean and seemed like a brand new hotel. Maybe it was remodeled or something over COVID but everything about it was pristine. Super-nice breakfast, spacious rooms, quiet, very clean rooms and public spaces. But best of all was the front desk staff, particularly Silk Foster, who were so super-nice, friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if I were in the area. It may be our new base of operations in Toledo.

I stayed here for four nights recently, and it was a terrific surprise! Firstly, I was upgraded given my gold status, and was offered bottled water on check in. The room was clean and had a great view of the river. Service was terrific throughout. I was also given access to the executive lounge which was a great oasis to get some work done. The staff was completely and totally terrific; they were always happy to help and went above and beyond! The valet was quick. The restaurant was surprisingly full, had a great vibe and great drinks. The room was well appointed, was cleaned daily, and had terrific toiletries. I was surprised to even find a very comfortable robe. Shower had good water pressure as well. I was given late checkout which was super helpful as well. All in all, I will definitely go back if I am in the area again!

We stayed here for two nights in January and two nights in February, both for hockey games. This hotel does a great job accommodating large groups. The lobby is large and inviting, but also had smaller nooks for TV watching. There were two conference rooms that could be reserved. The staff was very flexible and gracious. The bar tender is creative and made me a delicious minty martini. We booked the breakfast package on one stay, and it was worth the price. Otherwise, breakfast is not included. There are a number of restaurants that one can walk to. Getting to the hotel is challenging. WAZE actually directed me to the backside of the hotel that ended in a dead end in an apartment complex. Traffic on Secor Road is a mess.

It was beyond my expectation. I booked it for less than 850, including breakfast. The hotel is new and quiet, next to a university branch. There is a small community center with various restaurants and Walmart in 5 minutes.
The heating and hot water are sufficient, and the response is fast. The breakfast is from the menu, one for each person, which is enough.
Overall it is really great

GGuest UserThere was pubic hair in the sheets of my bed and on my bathroom towels. I had a reservation made several weeks earlier and was entitled to come at around 10 pm when I arrived. I didn't need to get a harassing call to see if I was still coming so they could give my ”last room” to someone else. The microwave and the refrigerator did not work. The refrigerator had one setting- freezing. My sodas were frozen solid in the morning. The microwave would not work at all. I couldn't cook the food I had saved for breakfast. The front desk had no idea of how to get the microwave to work and refused to do anything about it. I wrote a nasty review on their survey. I got an obviously prefabbed response from Red Roof Inn Corporate and from the Front Desk. They promised to ”make some changes”. Yeah- right- all you care about is that you got my money. That's the last money you will get from me. Do not even think of staying in this filthy, disgusting place. If I could give this place a zero on this site, I would. I gave them a zero on the Red Roof Inn Questionnaire. There are plenty of other, more reputable hotels in this area. If my travels for business take me there again, I will stay at one of them - not Red Roof Inn. I hope that my review prevents someone else from having the nasty experience that I had. Also - it was nonsmoking in theory- but people could smoke like fiends outside of the rooms. You may as well have been in a smoking room as the smoke easily permeated the doors and walls of the room.

YYICHENGVery good, the service is in place. Eating and shopping is very convenient. I will definitely check in again the next time I go back. Although not super luxurious, but the price is very high, and the living is very comfortable.
