Overall another great hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. Like the other LiveMax hotel the staff were extremely friendly. On the first floor they had a sauna and a convenient and relaxing smoking room. The room was clean and modern looking. The space was a bit small but overall a good place to stay.

My recent stay at Centurion Hotel in Akasaka was overall quite enjoyable. The hotel offered excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location. However, the only downside was the absence of a full-length mirror in the room. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The room was tastefully decorated and provided a cozy atmosphere, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Is a bit noisy because is near the street. While the bathroom was clean and well-equipped, the lack of a full-length mirror was a minor inconvenience. Having one would have made it more convenient to check outfits and appearances before heading out. Despite this small drawback, I would still recommend Centurion Hotel to fellow travelers. It's a great choice for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

This hotel is lovely. Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff and very clean and comfortable. My wife and kids (ages 10) and I stayed here. The hotel has everything you need. There is laundry, drinks in the lobby and a 711 next door. Very close to subway stations and good restaurants are all around. Room top deck is nice. Highly Recommend. Book with confidence. The room and view are great, and the service is worthy of the price. The swimming pool is good, but children are not allowed to swim. The children are a bit disappointed. If you are a parent, you will not choose this place next time. Conrad’s facilities are not as new as Prince Gallery, but it is more child-friendly . This hotel is suitable for couples... it will be very graphic.

I booked a single room and it was very clean and convenient having the subway station nearby. The staff were helpful and polite, breakfast was fair continental fare and the hotel was close to the Tokyo Dome where I had enjoyed shopping at the mall. It was close to Ueno and easy for me to get about Tokyo. My stay at this hotel made up for the earlier eventful days in Japan following non-operating train lines from Typhoon Hagibis which changed some of my travel plans. Our stay met and exceeded our expectations! It was our first time in Tokyo as a family of 6 (with kids and a person with disabilities). We stayed in a corner family suite on one of the higher floors. The view was just gorgeous. The suite was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable! The hotel is located a few blocks from two subway stations and a short few blocks from the beautiful Hie Shrine. The neighborhood becomes very lively at night when business people are out and about. There’s a ton of great restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. There’s an onigiri shop down the street that is just delicious. Very convenient location. The staff were so kind, courteous, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They stood up and greeted us every time we walked by the lobby. They coordinated taxi pick up and drop off for our family as well. Days before our stay, the hotel staff contacted us to confirm our flight arrival time and projected arrival at the hotel. Everything about this hotel was just fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel especially for families and those with disabilities. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My husband and I recently stayed 4 nights at The Kitano and overall we really enjoyed our stay. A few pros, the room was clean and larger than expected. The hotel only had 4 floors so it gave a boutique feeling in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly, especially at breakfast (but felt like they could have helped a bit more when trying to find dinner, which was a bit difficult for us). Worth mentioning, the location was a little far from the sights and not on the JR loop so we had to take the regular subway which took a little extra planing and time. The general area didn’t have many good restaurants so plan ahead. Even though we enjoyed our stay but as tourists we would probably select a different location next time.

We book two rooms one double and one triple. Both are very small even by Japanese standard. But it is very clean, new and functional. All amenities are self service, hopefully it reduces wastage. Daily housekeeping provided although we declined to be environmentally conscious. Location was two blocks from Tsukiji market where we had breakfast every day for three days stay. It is close to metro - Higashi Ginza or Ginza station. Beds were comfortable, shower awesome although that seem to be the norm rather than exception in Japan. During a ten days Japan trip we have been impressed with all the hotels, average priced but so clean and pleasant compared to North American hotels of similar price. This is a nation you can’t help but respect!
