Tokyo Shinjuku Ward 4-star Hotels

The staff provided excellent service. The room was small but clean. Amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc were available in front the front desk. No bottled water was provided, but you could refill water on the 4th floor if you had a bottle. The hotel is very close to Takadanobaba Station, making it a great location.

The location is great and just one block to the centre of Kabukicho. The Kabukicho Donki was located one block from the hotel as well. Lawson and 7-11 just are next to the hotel, very convenient for snacks and drinks.

great service , located in super convenient spot. Room size is larger than I expected , appreciate so much they got wash/dry machine , had an amazing stayed in Tokyu Stay Shinjuku East Side hotel 👍

Good hotel, good facilities such as laundry and vending machines for drinks. Free ice machine etc. Shame there was a charge for the gym, cost alot per night (I know its Tokyo) but thought that would be available included. Clean and comfortable - rooms a bit smaller than expected and no where to hang clothes in the room we had - our son and daughters rooms had a different set up so maybe it was an unlucky draw. Staff friendly and super helpful. It was my husbands birthday whilst we stayed and they made him a card and a gift. Breakfast as per hotels quite expensive- we just grabbed breakfast locally lots of choice nearby including a Starbucks in the building but again cheaper options within 5 mins walking. Nice Kabuki food hall in the building and close to lots of evening entertainment but I would say some of the entertainment nearby is not 'family friendly' and there was some public drinking going on in the square in front of the hotel by local young people - nothing too bad but some were a bit intoxicated at times.... All in all happy with the stay for what we paid.... maybe would try a different location next time

The location is excellent. It is right across from the JR and Metro station. I go in and out of the hotel few times a day after I visited Shinjuku, Harujuku and Shibuya that are openly like 2 or few stations away from the hotel’s station. Right under the hotel there is a large DonQui and a department store, family mart, seven eleven are all just next to the hotel. There are restaurants open for 24 hours. What can you ask for more? It provides the Airporter service that has really ease my worry as I was alone taking a 23 kg suitcase with 2 extra carriers. The staffs are friendly I feel like I paid less than the value I got.i will definitely come back here next time.

AMAZING experience! Totally recommend this hotel. Location, space, cleanliness, service and amenities are incredible. Plus, the area/neighborhood where is located is super close to train station and lots of food options. If you are from lgbtq community, super plus is that you can walk to bars. Don't hesitate, book it now.

Location is ideal. Less than 7mins walk to the underground walking street connected to the subway. Great for getting away from the hot weather. Hotel staff are able to communicate to English and Mandarin which makes it easy for foreign tourists. Room is kinda of small and not as modern as the hotel exterior. Bathtub is a bonus to soak off the tired feet from walking. Convenience shops are located at the 1st floor and across the street, making it easy to buy drinks and snacks.

This hotel is amazing! It is near the train station and towards the more quiet side of shinjuku! Security is great too! They provide all the toiletries including hair essence oil, face toner, face lotion, shaving cream, shaver! They even provide nice smelling bath salt!! The only thing is maybe they should provide more washing machine as the queue is non stop unless you choose the odd timing to do laundry! Otherwise all amenities is great! Bed is super comfy, pillows awesome! Design modern and clean! The pyjamas provided is also very comfortable!
