Hotels near Shin-Daita Station, Tokyo

It is close to my parents' elderly facilities and my sister's family, so I use 々. This is the only hotel I want in a perfect location. The front desk and the attitude and speed to deal with the problem are great, but I feel the aging of the building facilities. Especially air conditioner. When I stayed in winter, the temperature was not adjustable (whether it is hot or not. I got up many times in the middle of the night and adjusted it-I tell the hotel. The temperature adjustment in this room is also subtle (the hot day of May this year). The outdoor machine is exploding. The direction of the bidet in the shower toilet is right next to it at first and does not hit the butt. . . (Healed me immediately). Also, there is something that can be charged by USB near the bed. It's a standard of Le, but it's not. The deterioration of facilities and facilities that cannot be helped by human power, and the old place are conspicuous (compared to other hotels for those staying) I'll keep using it while complaining. Hotel is not difficult to find but it’s not near train station. The area here is a bit messy with tons of human traffic like tourists and locals. I don’t like the environment here as the crowd at night here seems a bit rowdy with many locals round n old here looking for drinks and entertainment. Early in the morning, like 7am, you will see drunk people stumbling out of clubs, vomiting and even pee on the streets! Yes it’s that messy. Overall I won’t stay here again. Too crowded but young people may like the place for its variety of food n drinks places. Hotel staff is friendly n room is decent size not too small.

The hotel was very big have multiple towers for guests to stay in. The location was also very convenient and very close to the train station. One improvement point is the staff at lobby was not too polite. While the housekeeping staff were quite nice and also greet all the guests that pass by their cart. The room was okay but old so have a bad smell and things were torn out due to the age.

It's very good. From the front desk to the room to breakfast to dinner, etc., every detail is great and the price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the dishes and service in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel are so authentic, which made my mother very happy. She will never forget the Japanese restaurant. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel the hotel later, otherwise I would have to extend my stay for two days. What a pity. However, we have developed a new continent and will visit more often in the future!

Getting there Getting to the hotel from narita airport, you can take the keisei skyliner to change at Nippori at the Yamamote line to change and stop at Takanobaba and change to another train Seibu Shinjuku station. It will be a few minutes walk to the hotel from there. Very convenient. To go back to the airport, book yourself an express bus directly at the lobby entrance (QR code is there) with a screen on the departure timing to various airports so you don’t have to lug your luggage. Stay Luxurious hotel right smack in the middle of all the action, eateries, shopping, etc. I stayed for 7 nights at the premier suite which I believe had one of the best views around this area. Room is spacious for Japanese standards. And the 2 toilets and 2 bath is something we really appreciate. Amenities are all given, and you have everything in the room, including a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Staff are friendly and eager to help during check in etc. I did not have much chance to interact with them since I also did not book one with breakfast. One tip is the enter the hotel through Starbucks directly downstairs, instead of going one round to enter the lobby. Just cut through Starbucks and go down the stairs immediately and make a left turn to the lobby. Afterthoughts Good and new hotel in an excellent location. Some things will need to be improved, out of the 7 nights, I only request for rooms to be cleared twice. The first time, housekeeping forgot to refill my towels after removing them, forgot to refill our drinking waters and even left a dirty tshirt in my toilet that don’t belong to me. I believe that could be used by them to clean the toilet, else no reasons someone’s dirty tshirt is found and left in my toilet. Should have definitely used a cleaner rag to clean up the toilet. I did not crate a fuss about it but just took the tshirt out of the room since it is a new hotel that just opened for one week and all staff are new too. But this should not happen next time again, especially since this is a suite booking. P/S check out Ichiran 3 mins walk away and the 24 hours Don Quixote too.

We stayed 2 nights in Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku and checked out & left our bigger luggages at the hotel conceige as we would like to travel light to other city to visit our friend (staying in Japan) for 2 nights. We came back to stay again with Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku after the short trip. There are also storages at Subway/train station with fee charges apply to store your luggage according to the sizes and storage duration. Photos (for your reference only) provided are the storage with fee charges located opposite road of Keio Department Store at Shinjuku station.

Hotel is situated at a very assessable location, at the cross roads of JR and 2 more lines. There is plenty of food and shopping around and even some.small sightseeing places in the hotel itself like the aquarium. However, room was very little, the toilet even ser. However for this price and location it's really value for money.

This Capsule Hotel is greatly situated in the heart of Shinjuku, right next to the Shinjuku Station. The staff is wonderful and helpful in every possible way. The amenities and the onsen are excellent. With free drinks 24/7, masssage chairs, rice and miso soup all day long, this is a small piece of heaven on earth. Just bear in mind that using ear plugs for some snoring neighbours might be helpful, but even that, the hotel takes into account and offers ear plugs for free.
