Best Pet friendly Hotels in Tokyo

A bit outside of Shinbuku but still very good connections. Has own Hilton Bus to Shinbuku station, which is really useful. Fitness, Sauna, small Onsen and pool were very nice, not very new renovation but we liked it a lot. Executive Lounge was a bit disappointing, because nothing really special and every day more or less the same. We missed some good Sushi or longer opening times. We enjoyed our stay anyway.

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

Very nice service. They all speak fluent English and know diff kind of languages. The rooms size is big and spacious, neat and tidy. Everyone is polite and helpful, greet you every time when you pass by. Definitely worth the money, but the only thing to complain is that rhere is no socket beside your bed which is inconvenient.

Hotel is centrally located in ginza and very convenient to travel, hotel staff are very friendly and the lobby cafe is also very cozy. It serve very nice cafe latte. Highly recommended

We wanted a hotel right next to Tokyo Station as we were traveling by Shinkansen, and it doesn't get much closer than this. Like many modern hotels in Tokyo located in office towers, the actual lobby isn't on the ground level. This was a little annoying but it is what it is. Our room was spacious as expected, with views of Nihonbashi and the east side. Plenty of room to open up our big suitcases. The chaise longue next to the windows was a comfortable place to spend time on. The bathroom had a large wet room, equipped with a rainshower next to the bath tub. The glass wall meant that one could be in the bathroom and look out not only at the room, but at the rest of Tokyo if curtains were drawn. My main complaint was the shortage of TV channels with English or non-Japanese broadcast. We stayed in local Japanese hotels where they offered more international programming, so why didn't Shangri-La?! Service was otherwise fine, with check-out available via the Shangri-La app on one's mobile phone.

For various reasons we had to extend our stay by another night and were pleased to do so. It allowed us to experience K’shiki restaurant as well as Tapas Molecular Bar which we were already booked into. Osamu Okazaki ensured that our check in went extremely smoothly and offered services which made us feel very welcomed. He really did relieve the stress that had been caused by the day’s events. The room was magnificent and allowed us to totally unwind. The hotel is close enough to places of interest to fill your time if needs be. The restaurants were exceptional. K’shiki with it’s vague nod towards italian cuisine was exceptional. We chose Chef’s Dinner Menu and each course was interesting and surprising. Service was exceptional. Tapas Molecular Bar is one of those restaurants which is really special in the world. It’s hard to write a review without ruining the surprises. Suffice to say with only seating for eight you really do need to consider your reservation well in advance. Chef Kento Ushikubo is as talented as it gets. His food is intense in taste, creative and in many cases just baffling. He could almost be a member of the Magic Circle with the illusions he creates. One of the most thoughtful and considerate people I have met, and meet him you do because he is with you preparing everything throughout the meal, you just wanted to applaud with a standing ovation at the end. He made it particularly special for our wedding anniversaries and I can’t say how because it would spoil another illusion. I was just staggered that with all our experience of eating throughout the world we were introduced to new experiences. Spoiler alert; I cannot believe his ‘powdered ice cream’ has not been ‘borrowed’ by other chefs. Sadly, unless we manage to return, some of those experiences will be a once in a lifetime event. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly (and they all spoke English) and it really made our trip to Tokyo so much sweeter and enjoyable. It was very refreshing compared to the other hotel we stayed at. We were treated very much like VIPs all throughout our stay. Special mention to Yui, Fred and Alexis who helped us with everything from finding stores, spas, restaurants, transportation arrangements, etc. And was super enjoyable to talk to. They even have great extras like free gourmet coffee, free happy hour drinks, and free morning post hangover shots. Lol! I really like the set up of the room. Its a well thought out layout. It’s spacious and the bathroom layout is separated like a suite - like shower and separate room for the WC. So one doesn’t have to wait for the other and both can use with privacy at the same time. And I can open all the lights on this part of the room early morning and do my make up without bothering my room mate. And black out blinds are really black out. Beds really comfortable. Well done. Definitely recommend and come back again.

The room is clean and sanitary. I stay here every time I go on a business trip. The location is convenient, the staff has a good service attitude, the scenery is also very good, especially the bedding and toiletries in the store are more comfortable, and the air conditioner is not dry, the temperature is suitable, in short, it is quite comfortable.

The room is large, well-planned and comfortable. The courtyard is beautiful, with history and sedimentation. Although the facilities are old, they are not uncomfortable. There is a small hot spring, which is charged. Although it is small, it has complete facilities and is not bad. There was no Chinese service at the front desk for the two days we went there. We chose Japanese breakfast, which was very ordinary. It is a good choice for a short break and vacation.

I love this place. It is very nice place for staying in Tokyo. There are all opportunities to have a good rest. Maybe the small is little, but there are everything you need. People in the hotel are very kind and smiling
