Great location right next to the station and nice see view even though on lower floor. Big room size but no espresso coffee machine unlike Nikko hotel next door. Breakfast varieties okay and free welcome drink station for hotel guests.

The hotel was very big have multiple towers for guests to stay in. The location was also very convenient and very close to the train station. One improvement point is the staff at lobby was not too polite. While the housekeeping staff were quite nice and also greet all the guests that pass by their cart. The room was okay but old so have a bad smell and things were torn out due to the age.

It was new so it was clean and comfortable. There is everything in Ariake Garden. Hot spring facilities are also available for a good price. The hotel and garden are connected inside. It is convenient but quite, walking. I felt that there were not many rooms to enjoy the view. I thought the restaurant was not too large. A little good business hotel, city hotel, and you will get more satisfaction. I wonder if I should expect too much ‥ in the Gulf area. Of course, the staff will respond politely. Is it due to personality? I felt sorry for those who lack explanation. I spent my time actively asking ”can you please?” ”Can I?” etc. I entered the winter vacation and there were many small children with the baby welcome inn.

The room was simple and nice. There was no extra thing such as telephone and tissue, and the desk was widely used. There are not too many types and just right. Buffet style. The breakfast venue was fun to choose from various types of seats. The window side was too sunny, but the view was very good. It was used for Tokyo Big Site and used. Access is １ books from Shinagawa Seaside Station to International Exhibition Hall Station. Good.

Not in a perfect or ideal location to downtown Tokyo, or the tourist attractions. Helpful staff, clean. This place does not offer room service, so if you plan to stay multiple days, be prepared to use the same towels. You can have your room clean for an extra charge.

For various reasons we had to extend our stay by another night and were pleased to do so. It allowed us to experience K’shiki restaurant as well as Tapas Molecular Bar which we were already booked into. Osamu Okazaki ensured that our check in went extremely smoothly and offered services which made us feel very welcomed. He really did relieve the stress that had been caused by the day’s events. The room was magnificent and allowed us to totally unwind. The hotel is close enough to places of interest to fill your time if needs be. The restaurants were exceptional. K’shiki with it’s vague nod towards italian cuisine was exceptional. We chose Chef’s Dinner Menu and each course was interesting and surprising. Service was exceptional. Tapas Molecular Bar is one of those restaurants which is really special in the world. It’s hard to write a review without ruining the surprises. Suffice to say with only seating for eight you really do need to consider your reservation well in advance. Chef Kento Ushikubo is as talented as it gets. His food is intense in taste, creative and in many cases just baffling. He could almost be a member of the Magic Circle with the illusions he creates. One of the most thoughtful and considerate people I have met, and meet him you do because he is with you preparing everything throughout the meal, you just wanted to applaud with a standing ovation at the end. He made it particularly special for our wedding anniversaries and I can’t say how because it would spoil another illusion. I was just staggered that with all our experience of eating throughout the world we were introduced to new experiences. Spoiler alert; I cannot believe his ‘powdered ice cream’ has not been ‘borrowed’ by other chefs. Sadly, unless we manage to return, some of those experiences will be a once in a lifetime event. This is by far one of the best affordable business hotels in the vicinity of Haneda Airport ! Taxi is available 24 hours from Keikyu Kamata station. Taxi fare is about 3000 yen to Haneda Airport. Rooms are small and just a bit bigger than semi double beds but internet is stable and high speed and toilet is clean with all required amenities.

Get off from A3 Hamagome Station and beside the station. I called the hotel twice, but it was a man, but the response was very good. Breakfast is a cocos Viking on the first floor, quite good. I think this content is good for this price. However, the room and bed are usually good, but it is not large and large. The bath is also with the toilet and is not big. Hotel is situated at a very assessable location, at the cross roads of JR and 2 more lines. There is plenty of food and shopping around and even some.small sightseeing places in the hotel itself like the aquarium. However, room was very little, the toilet even ser.
