Very good hotel! Convenient transportation, one minute to the subway station! There is a large shopping supermarket downstairs to meet all the basic needs of life, and you can find a lot of local food around, which is very good! I thought I would change hotels, but I didn't expect that I was reluctant to change hotels, so I stayed for another 4 nights! Highly recommended

Only the In room spa service is not convenient, the service phone displayed on the TV cannot be reached, the counter cannot be booked, the other parts are very good, especially the location is great, you can play until the last minute and then take Access to the airport! There is a lot of food nearby, there is a whole family next door, the Skytree is even more in front of you, we stayed here for five nights, the first day the plane arrived late, check in has ten o'clock, there is a 24-hour Matsuya opposite to the night can be a superb night, the large Life supermarket next to the Matsuya, it is very good to visit, You can buy the ingredients you want, and it's open until 11:00 pm!

This place was the best place we stayed in our 2 week Japan trip. The staff, the room, the location - all of it was perfect. It was so good, our family cancelled our reservation with another hotel on the return leg to Tokyo and re-booked here. The location is quiet but wonderful, with restaurants, groceries, interesting local shops and most importantly, 2 subway lines - all within a few minutes. The peacefulness of the area was actually perfect after spending a day/night in the chaos of Shinjuku, Akhihabara, etc. I don't see many reviews for this place - probaly due to it's newness, but trust me - it's more than full value. It really felt like our home-away-from-home in Tokyo. The only people I'd say this hotel isn't for, is the party crowd. If you specifically want the full nightlife experience of Tokyo, look for something in Shinjuku. But for a family or a less party-oriented traveler, this hotel is ideal. Our family of four had 2 twin beds and a bunk beds and we fit very comfortably. We are tall and space in Japan is at a premium - we never felt cramped at Section L, the setup is great. Pro tip: we didn't discover this until the end, but there is storage space under the bed for suitcases. Wish we'd found it sooner! Bonus: the toaster in the room is absolutely next-level fantastic.

It's a little outside the center of Tokyo, but it's close to the Shibuya Line and Airport Line, so it's convenient to go back. I also intended it that way. The facilities and rooms are a bit old, but it is of an acceptable standard. Rather, I personally liked it because it had a retro feel. And it was right in front of the station, and there were restaurants, bars, karaoke, and convenience stores tightly packed around, so it was very convenient. However, the thing I want to praise the most about this hotel is... I have been to Japan quite a bit in the past year and have stayed in hotels several times, and of all the places I have stayed so far, I felt that the staff was very friendly and well-educated, and I was treated warmly for three days. I mean, I got a feeling. Thank you for your kindness.

The staffs at the counter are very polite and friendly. Rooms are clean and charging cable are also provided. The washing machine are free to use, only pay for the dryer. Have a hard time finding the location of the hotel when check in, however later we found out that there a bus directly in front of the hotel that bring us to the JR station. There also a family mart just beside the hotel. Overall we had a very good stay at the hotel.

Pro's : Rooms are very clean with bright lights. Aircon worked fine. Sanitair is very well maintained and comfortable showers. WiFi strength and internet speeds are good. Personal is friendly. Hostel is located close to a metro station and grocery shop (5minute walk). We had the biggest 2 person room which was fine. Con's : kitchen and equipment is not sufficient for a 10 story hostel. Not enough kitchen equipment, extremely small fridge and just 2 stoves. Really frustrating if you like to make use of these facilities. The lounge is pretty small for a hostel this size. Rooms could be designed better to optimize the space for you luggage in a small space (for example space under the bed or extra wall rack etc).

Even if it encounters continuous rainy and humid weather, the bathroom can still be dry in 𣊬 seconds, great! The washing machine is also an all-in-one washing and drying machine. It can complete the entire washing and drying process in 3 and a half hours. This is really important for families with children traveling in the summer! Shampoo, hair care, body wash, and hand soap are all provided. The kitchen is equipped with rice cookers, pots, refrigerators, microwave and barbecue all-in-one machines, and a full set of dishes, chopsticks, cutlery, and forks. There is also dish washing liquid, dish towels, plastic wrap and kitchen paper, all available. But no toaster. The room was kept very clean. Secondly, this hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Sensoji Temple, about 400-500 meters away and a ten-minute walk. It's also very close to the subway station and convenient for travel. When you turn downstairs, you will see a famous commercial street, where many celebrations are held. Then, the service of this store is also very good. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. If you need anything, you can consult the front desk staff at any time. The young man from Nepal and a tall dark-skinned girl at the front desk speak English very well, and the service is warm and enthusiastic. There is also Mr. Zhang who can speak Chinese. Our first time stay here but we really liked our stay! -service : Hotel stuffs are all nice and friendly and trying to be helpful! -room: it’s quite small but I like that there are one work desk and another small desk which was very convenient as we are 2 of us. Lovely view from our room with Mount Fuji view in the morning if weather is well. -location: very good location, it’s just by the Shinagawa station and about 5mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around so no need to go to other place to eat! And many good food around! We will come back again!
