Everything was excellent!!! Location was so convenient and easy to find, staff was so helpful and friendly, free skincare & drinks pantry, very clean rooms and pretty spacious for a Tokyo hotel!! Room 806. View is office building across the street. The capital high on the right side. It is rare for hotel ribmax and windows can be opened and closed. Curtain, not curtain. There is no race curtain, so if you keep the roll curtain up, you will definitely see it from the office building opposite (blind down but ...). Check-in is an automatic fare adjustment machine after filling in the name at the front desk. There is one elevator. Foreign cleaning staff will ride together with a silent and calm face. Therefore, cleaning is miscellaneous (>_<) This is a rib max, so don't worry. Sheets, pillow covers linen, unit buses, toilets smell. There is a microwave oven, a hot pot, and a refrigerator. The air purifier is made of SHARP. The cooler is like a home made of Daikin. Of course it is individual air conditioning. There are many outlets, two on the desk, two on the wall, one on the bedboard. Also, there are 1 USB terminals on the desk, 2 (^^) d deodorant spray and dryer on the bedboard. 4 hangers. TV is 43 inches made of Toshiba wall hanging. Bath towel, The face towel is thin and the pellet and the quilt are also pellet. There is no ice making machine. The cancellation rule is strict and occurs 5 days ago. Access is a few minutes from kayaba Cho station. If you cross the street, it is seven and Maiba Suke is also nearby. Hotel ribmax is open and it is better to choose a hotel until 1 year. Because the cleaning is miscellaneous, it smells after 3 years The level that cannot be used with the filter of the humid air cleaner. This is a hotel opened in September 2019, so it is acceptable! Overall, reasonable hotel. I went to check in at 3pm but the actual check in time was 10pm, which was a bit strange. Bed is very comfortable. Clean environnement with good service. The rooms isn’t too small. But the bathroom just has a shower. The walls are very thin and it’s easy to hear those around you. The staff was friendly and allowed me to store my bags which I waited. Extra towels are provided and all cleaning necessities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc)

The hotel location is right on Nihonbashi (日本橋, Japan Bridge) next to Coredo 室町 1/2/3 and Coredo Terrace where it embraces the high-life style living concept here like famous bookstore, Toho movie theatre, cuisine places, large-scale department store Mitsukoshi. There are various types of Japanese, Western, and Chinese F&B restaurants here, ranging from casual spots to formal cuisine and you can find any type of foods you like here and give it a try if you are food lover. And it is also easily accessible to underground metro. The hotel got public bath and guest are allowed to access free of charge but I much more prefer real onsen.

For various reasons we had to extend our stay by another night and were pleased to do so. It allowed us to experience K’shiki restaurant as well as Tapas Molecular Bar which we were already booked into. Osamu Okazaki ensured that our check in went extremely smoothly and offered services which made us feel very welcomed. He really did relieve the stress that had been caused by the day’s events. The room was magnificent and allowed us to totally unwind. The hotel is close enough to places of interest to fill your time if needs be. The restaurants were exceptional. K’shiki with it’s vague nod towards italian cuisine was exceptional. We chose Chef’s Dinner Menu and each course was interesting and surprising. Service was exceptional. Tapas Molecular Bar is one of those restaurants which is really special in the world. It’s hard to write a review without ruining the surprises. Suffice to say with only seating for eight you really do need to consider your reservation well in advance. Chef Kento Ushikubo is as talented as it gets. His food is intense in taste, creative and in many cases just baffling. He could almost be a member of the Magic Circle with the illusions he creates. One of the most thoughtful and considerate people I have met, and meet him you do because he is with you preparing everything throughout the meal, you just wanted to applaud with a standing ovation at the end. He made it particularly special for our wedding anniversaries and I can’t say how because it would spoil another illusion. I was just staggered that with all our experience of eating throughout the world we were introduced to new experiences. Spoiler alert; I cannot believe his ‘powdered ice cream’ has not been ‘borrowed’ by other chefs. Sadly, unless we manage to return, some of those experiences will be a once in a lifetime event. I had to stay near Tokyo Station for early morning departure, but the price was high everywhere, and if I didn't walk more than 10 minutes from Tokyo Station, there seemed to be no cheap hotel, but I don't like rolling my luggage and walking, so I'm clean I decided to change the station and stay in kayaba Cho. From here, you can get to Tokyo Station for a few minutes by taxi and a few hundred yen. If you don't even have luggage, Tokyo Station seems to be within walking distance, but considering the cheapness of this hotel, you feel that taxi use is good. The hotel is small, but clean and comfortable. There are people at the front desk, but check-in out is done by machine. There seemed to be a coin laundry on the side of the front desk. If you just take a shower and stay, you don't want to do something in the room, you're here. I didn't know the restaurant because I came to the night and was early in the morning, but there will be no inconvenience because it is in front of kayaba Cho station. Convenience stores were close.

前から気になっていた東京駅八重洲口至近のサービスアパートメント、この類いはアスコット丸の内を何度か利用しており、何となく心構えはできていた。 ・入口からセキュリティは厳重。自動ドアを開けるのもまずモニターに予約者名を伝える必要がある。 ・フロント横にラウンジあり。開放感のあるセンスのよいスペース。コーヒー類は自由に飲めるらしい。 ・バスタブがなくシャワーのみの部屋もあるようで、バスタブ有りで選んだらデラックススイートがそうらしく、入ったらすぐにコンパクトなキッチンとリビングルーム、奥が角部屋になっていてそこがベッドルーム、広いガラス張りの向こうに大丸が入っているグラントウキョウと東京駅八重洲口広場が見える 。この２つの部屋の間にバスルームと洗面、トイレと洗濯機、なんとビューバスになっていた。 ・リビングは広くはないが落ち受ける空間。Wi-Fiが弱いようで通信が時々途切れた。ベッドルームはカーテンを開け放すと大丸から覗かれそう。 ・パジャマは備え付けはないみたい、注文すると持ってきてもらえる。 ・高層階を希望したのだが真ん中より下の階だった。居住者もいるためか、或いは初利用だったからかはわからない。 この手の「ホテルではないがそれっぽい空間」だと承知していれば十分満足できる設え。フロントスタッフの皆さんも丁寧な対応だった。

Not in a perfect or ideal location to downtown Tokyo, or the tourist attractions. Helpful staff, clean. This place does not offer room service, so if you plan to stay multiple days, be prepared to use the same towels. You can have your room clean for an extra charge.

We got to the hotel a bit early, so concierge/clerk Ms Morita checked our luggage into the secure storage rrom while we explored the area a bit. We'd been in Tokyo at another hotel a week prior, and it was our 3rd trip to Japan, so not newbies. There is a station on the Sobu Line imediately around the corner, and the JR Kanda station on the Yamanote line is only a 10 minute walk away. Tokyo station is a brisk 20 minute walk (take the Sobu line). The hotel is well maintained, extremely clean and fresh, and both elevators come quickly. There are tall buildings all around, so the view lower down isn't great, but you wanted to wave to a neighbour across the street in the office tower you could do so easily. There is an artifical onsen on the 2nd floor, which is a MUST for the weary traveler. Same rules apply, shower/bathe first, men and women are separate, no tattoos, and take your room towels down with you or ask for extras at the front. Nearly everyone going to the onsen wore the hotel pajamas and slippers. There's a locker with key for all patrons, no extra fee. Upon checkout we had to store our luggage again as our flight wasn't leaving until evening, and again Morita-san stored our luggage. She also helped me send our pocket-wifi units back to the rental agency as we'd lost the return envelopes. They can ship by Yamato or JPS from the front desk. Morita-san's English is superb, she joked with us and made us feel very welcome. Easily the gem of the trip and we'll be returning here when we come back to Japan.
