The hotel itself is nice, but the location is rather far from the nearest train station (Shinagawa), it took us almost 10mins walking with the luggage.
One thing to comment is the breakfast buffet at the hotel. Our room package is without breakfast. We decided to try their breakfast as we were lazy to walk out in the morning. We paid between 2100Yen to 2400Yen per pax (couldn’t remember the correct charge). We went in around 9.15am, and we were aware that the breakfast time was till 10am. It was fine for us to have 45mins to have our breakfast. However we saw they started keeping the food at 945am without giving the customers advance notice that they were closing the food at 945am. We would have taken more food to our table if we knew the food was gonna to be taken into the kitchen at 9.45am. We ended our breakfast unsatisfied in terms of customer service and half-full stomach.

I booked it early on Ctrip, and the price was very favorable. I personally feel that the internal facilities and free daily necessities provided are better than Toyoko INN (no intention to belittle Toyoko). I booked a single room, and my 28-inch suitcase was opened and placed just right in the aisle (I had to walk over it). Breakfast is available at the food store across the street (just over the overpass) with a coupon, and you can choose one of the four options, ABCD, which opens at 5:00 in the morning (this is much better than most hotels that provide breakfast after 6:30). The only drawback is that there is only one elevator (compartment type) among the four exits of Sengakuji Station (A07) where the hotel is located, and there is no elevator from the station hall to the platform, so it is difficult to carry large luggage. Sengakuji Temple and Keio University are nearby the hotel (take 1 subway stop to Mita Station and then walk for about 10 minutes) for visits.

Great location, very close to the train station. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable room. Although the 3rd bed is a pull-out sofa bed, it is sturdy and comfy. Room is quite small, if one person is moving about, the others have to stay on their beds. The staff are friendly and attentive. The bathroom is small but I love the high-quality aromatherapy soap and shampoo provided. This hotel might only be 3 stars, but the comfort level is beyond 3 stars.
The hotel is located adjacent to JR Shinagawa Station and it takes about 30 minutes by car to reach Haneda Airport. From the hotel, you can easily take public transportation to the bustling and vibrant Ginza area, where numerous flagship stores, high-end department stores, and century-old shops are gathered, offering a rewarding shopping experience in Tokyo's shopping paradise. The iconic Tokyo Tower is also not far from the hotel, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the vast and charming Tokyo skyline from the observation deck, and admire the dazzling lights of the tower in the evening. There are 7-11 convenience stores and drugstores surrounding the hotel, providing you with convenience. The hotel has a magnificent exterior, with light-colored walls and bright glass windows, which shine brilliantly under the warm sunlight, attracting attention and standing out. As you step into the hotel, you will be greeted by a glamorous and unique atmosphere. The lobby, with its main color tone of gold, exudes a luxurious and regal visual beauty, and the exquisite and elegant lighting showcases the hotel's attention to detail. The InterContinental Hotels Group brand is renowned in the industry for its first-class service and attentive staff, and the InterContinental Tokyo Shinagawa upholds this tradition, ensuring that you will not be disappointed. The hotel offers complimentary in-room wireless internet, 24-hour front desk, luggage storage service, room service, and conference facilities, aiming to provide maximum comfort for guests. The InterContinental Tokyo Shinagawa has 206 well-appointed rooms, some of which are equipped with amenities such as flat-screen TVs, wireless internet access, free wireless internet, non-smoking rooms, and air conditioning. The hotel also offers a variety of entertainment facilities, including a fitness center and sauna. With its excellent location and advanced facilities, the InterContinental Tokyo Shinagawa is one of the most popular hotels.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2023 and had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient for us because it is connect to the Shinagawa train station via a short covered skyway. Shinagawa can be easily reached via train from NRT or HND airports. I have stayed at this hotel many times. Every time I have been treated very well. All the staff I have encountered were very courteous and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view of the surround area. There is a 7-11 store near the entry to the hotel thus very convenient if I want to buy drinking water or Japanese snacks. The breakfast buffet is very high quality and very delicious. I had such a nice stay and can not wait to go back again

I used it the day before I went to Kamakura, and it's close to Shinagawa Station, so transportation is very convenient, and there's a lot of food around the convenience store right next door, so I like it. The owner is also really friendly. However, they rent items like towels and toothpaste for a fee, so there's a lot to take with me. I took everything with me and stayed comfortably. came

Until 3 days ago, the FS on Koh Samui was in a terrible eye. This time, the master's medal (the smallest medal) was the Imperial Palace, and the ceremony was Chinzanso Tokyo. ”I want to go to the Grand Hyatt club because it's okay to be early in the morning 1” Darling pinched Da 々 Now the hotel price in Japan is soaring, so I can't get a hand, so I can't get a hand. Point accommodation 2 20 year for the first time in a year Staying at Grand Hyatt I loved without it. After all it calms down. Mahogany (Kana) Granite. High-quality space that is not gorgeous. Beauty of lighting. I don't feel the age of 20 years old this year. It's great to return to your appearance. The artistic pool is a waste. In the last few years, the plane has not flew in Corona. I have stayed at a domestic color 々 hotel. There are various hotels that do not match. But my husband, ”Why do you like Grand Hyatt?” I wondered if it was the number one in Tokyo, the number one in Japan, the number one in the world, ”Well, so I don't think I'm satisfied wherever I stay.” (I like Mr. Aman too) The club lounge was overseas without passports because the customer base returned. Thank you for taking a lot of pictures of all the Bell staff. There is a dignified air in Ray, and everyone at the Grand Club, I swelled my stomach to the fullest in the club lounge (this time it was 20 years 1 delicious). When did you lose money? An exclusive sanctuary high above Japans cosmopolitan capital Aman Tokyo is Amans first urban concept hotel situated adjacent to the Otemachi Forest. Offering birds eye views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and surrounding Tokyo landmarks the hotel features a serene Aman Spa and a peaceful inner garden. Surrounded by engawa a wooden feature dividing the inside and out the soaring lobby rises nearly 30 metres.
Aman Tokyo is a monument to the modern-day Japanese capital - a place where urban dynamism is tempered with serenity.
Perched above the Tokyo skyline the private dining room and boardroom are perfect for both on- and off-duty occasions.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Room is good size compare to other same price hotel in Tokyo. Three minute walk to the outlook tower. 15 minute walk to Shinjuku JR station. Shinjuku NS Building is also three minute walk. We stayed in this hotel for three nights. However the laundry room was locked for all 3 days in the main building, we have to walk to another building (in the heavy rains), otherwise it was a nice hotel , we will definitely come back for this price. Clean and friendly staff as well.

Outstanding
GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.
MMing KitRight next to Shinjuku JR Station,Takashimaya. Location is super convenient. The hotel room is right up high in the sky and you can have the best view of Tokyo. Breakfast is also good. And there are some good restaurants on the same building at 3rd/4th floor as well. (Picture are the view from hotel room and lobby)
CChengPerfect location for shopping with major malls located with 10mins walk. The hygiene of the street outside the hotel is below expectation but that’s not what the hotel is responsible for. Type C port next to the bed makes charging convenient. The self laundry service costs 600 yen for 2-hour washing and drying without the need to bring detergent. Another convenient service is the drinking fountain on each floor with the choice of iced, room temperature and hot water.

It’s quite a distance from subway and the room is quite outdated
Not sure why the housekeeping kept all the room slippers and not throwing them. They mixed mine and my friend’s slipper so we have to use new one but then they didn’t throw the old ones and it accumulate to 7-8 pairs by the end of trip and it’s very messy. And they didn’t throw our rubbish when they did the housekeeping. Not sure if it’s the bedding but I got rashes over my body and it’s so itchy till now (I’ve checked out on 27 September)
CCielYukiThe uniqueness of this five-star hotel is that it offers unparalleled comfort and first-class service. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, we can meet your needs here. I was impressed with the modern amenities and thoughtful details in the hotel room. What's more worth mentioning is that the hotel's waiters always maintained smiles and enthusiasm, which made me feel more cordial and warm. If you are looking for a quality five star hotel then this hotel is undoubtedly your best choice.
Ppraty-pp👍 good. And recommended. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Akihabara Station. 🚉 the location is great not just for the connectivity but also shopping - Yodibashi Akiba for all electronics. There’s UniQlo, GU, and a lot of restaurants nearby.
Typical of Japanese hotels, the room sizes are quite small. It’s difficult to open two luggage at the same time. 😢
The room was clean, bathroom good as well. Bathtub 🛁 is good 👍.
HhitoyinGood location and it is convenient to 東銀座站, and it is 10-15 mins walk to GINZA SIX. Good service provided by staff. Although the room is a bit small, I had a good sleep in the bed. TV is only provided with YouTube, which is ok. I would definitely stay here again.
MMurahariOnly 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!
GGuest UserThe hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels.
The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.
