The front desk service of the hotel is very good. It will speak Mandarin and Cantonese. It will tell you where the main push is in Penang. In the evening, you will put sugar on the bed. The parking space is on a first-come, first-served basis. You can buy a parking ticket. The afternoon tea is very good. Very good, a lot of food nearby

Highly recommended. The staff are really nice. The environment is also very good. Got a swimming pool...and our room got a bathtub. The place is very convenient and near the attraction. Children are welcome to stay. At the end, we changed another room to the king size room which has a bathtub.

Nice hotel located directly at the beach. I got a room on the 23rd floor and the view towards the sea was simply amazing! Best to view the early sunrise, absolutely stunning! When I had a problem with the key card, the receptionist was eager to help, and they send someone to fix it right away. Overall a good option for a weekend getaway. Just keep in mind that the main attractions of Penang like e.g. Georgetown is a little far (about 45 min by car).

The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and very convenient, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Park Royal Penang Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. Since we had to check out early and had already paid for the breakfast buffet, we requested them to pack breakfast for us. They graciously accommodated our request and made sure to pack the pastries, which was a lovely touch. The level of service truly exceeded our expectations. We had such a great time that we will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Penang.
