The Magazine Vista Hotel in Penang is more cost-effective. When choosing this hotel, I consulted for a long time, such as booking (more reviews, good or bad), Ctrip (only a simple review). Because it only opened in 2018, the hardware is very new, and the hygiene is good. I especially like to have a washing machine, but I have to find a place to dry the clothes indoors. The location of the apartment is very good. On the left is the GAMA supermarket, and on the right is the landmark of Everbright. Fruits and snacks have their own favorites! Call the front desk before arriving at the hotel, because the front desk is not here, so call in advance and the hotel will send staff to wait at the door. When you call, you need to speak English. There is a Chinese-speaking waiter. India borrowed ”Di Li” (transliteration)-Figure 6 this one. If you call him, you will have no difficulty in communication. He will come to collect a tax of MYR 10 per night, introduce room facilities, and even help you set up a taxi app on your phone. The network is poor and it can't be connected for a few days, so it is important to buy a local phone card. On the second floor facing the street, the noise of motorcycles on the street is loud, which will affect the rest. These problems are not big, this hotel is worth recommending.

The hospitality so extraordinary. The staffs were very friendly and polite. Behaved very professionally too. Rooms were clean and comfortable as well. Loved everything about the place. As a birthday gift , they provided a slice of cheesecake too. Not to forget the wine as compensation .❤️❤️✨

CChris1986I had a pleasant stay in E&O Hotel, the room is spacious with seaview. Overall, it was a good experience for me to stay in such a historical building. Everything is good except the swimming pool area tables and chairs need to be replaced as it looks dirty. Breakfast was great with variety of food choices.

EEsucenIt was the first hotel to stay in Penang, with cost-effective and ideally located, close to some of Georgetown's attractions and cuisine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there was also something to be aware of, as this hotel only offers public bathrooms and toilets. And the soundproofing of this hotel was not very good, at night you would hear the DJ sound of the next nightclub, until about 2 p.m.😮💨

GGuest UserStayed here one night in family suites with 2 rooms with my 2 kids, the hotel is not far from Komtar penang. Parking is not an issue even for our MPV, their rotating car park with escalator can move the car into empty slot. Check-in is fast and we stayed at level 19th with nice city and some ocean view. Room is very big with a living room, master room with big washroom and changing cabinet, and another connecting room. Wifi is fast and there are 19 tv channels to choose from. Next morning we went for their gym at level 22, not very big but good enough with 5-6 workout machines. Breakfast is at level 21 buffet styles, choice is just nice, not many but food is ok with reasonable price, only RM21 per pax.

GGuest UserTried out new concept with M Qube & it turned a pleasant stay. It is clean & well maintained in all areas. You will get all basic that needed after check-in and in your own cube. Locked locker provided also which no need worry your belongings with no where store but suggested for small/medium size only. Great ME-Time spent in own cube. You will have shared bathroom and it is acceptable clean level. Just to watch up that your amenities shower tray will be get wet if using standing rain shower head as it will spill all around. Location ok as there is a food court next to the building and the price is reasonable. I think gotten my second home to stay in whenever visit Penang 😊 Will be back soon!

First day when check in my room, the cleaning was too bad as picture I provide 1-7.used face mask hang at the cabinet,used face mask on top of the cabinet, tower at floor, tissue at floor,stain in the cup.unknow stain in the toilet, blood on the pillow case, snack at the floor. when staff come over the room also can't accept this happen. Very appreciate night shift staff help me to change another room for one night.(this was my room) Picture 8 is my fren room, tissue and sugar paper hidden beside bed.and the room full of u know smell. But my fren was not change the room, just ask tomorrow must come to do cleaning. 2nd day morning me move back to previous room..my room is ok, but my fren room been ask to do cleaning, cleaner report done cleaning.. But even we go out for half day and back to hotel..their never do any cleaning to my fren room. The tissue and sugar paper are still there...we do complain again.and staff change another 2 room to us immediately. OK fine, change the room again.. But my room toilet tower was totally wet as picture 9... I really don't know what to said... We pay 4days 3 night almost 520 per person... But we get this experience.. Do hope deview management can really double check the room was clean and tidy before let customer live in and make sure the cleaner do well all their job since now are still pendemic covid 19... Anyway, their staff was very helpful and appreciated for their good attitude and friendly attention.

TTHE VACATIONER!WE BOOKED 3 DAYS STAY AT THIS BALINESE THEME RESORT. THE RESORT IS NICE BUT IT SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED WELL SINCE THE FURNITURE AND BUILDING ARE DETERIORATING. MOST OF THE STAFFS ARE NON LOCAL. WHAT ANNOYED ME THE MOST IS THAT WE WENT TO BIRU BIRU (A CAFE IN THE RESORT BUT OPENS TO PUBLIC) FOR DINNER AND EVERY TIME WE WALKED FROM OR TO OUR ROOM, WE WERE FREQUENTLY TOLD BY THE NON MALAYSIAN WORKERS NOT TO WANDER FAR THINKING THAT WE WERE THE PATRONS OF THE CAFE. WE DECIDED TO UPGRADE OUR ROOM AND SINCE IT WAS THE WEEKDAYS, PARKING IS NOT A PROBLEM. OUR PROBLEM IS THE STEEP DOWNHILL ROAD FROM THE ENTRANCE TO THE ROOM, JUST ONE LANE ROAD AND EVERY TIME A CAR COMING FROM THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, WE HAVE TO REVERSE OUR BIG CAR WHICH IS A HEADACHE. ADVISABLE TO COME HERE WITH A SMALLER CAR TO NAVIGATE THE STEEP AND SMALL ROAD. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY HAVE 2 SWIMMING POOLS BUT THE INFINITY POOL WAS CLOSED AND LOOKED ABANDONED WHEN WE ARRIVED AND WE WERE LEFT WITH THE SWIMMING POOL NEAR THE BIRU-BIRU WHICH WAS LACK OF PRIVACY SO WE ENDED UP NOT SWIMMING IN THE POOL. THE JETTY WAS NICE WHERE WE COULD SIT AND UNWIND WATCHING THE BOATS PASSING BY. THE UPGRADED ROOM WAS BIG WITH FOLDED TOWELS IN BED WAITING FOR US. AIR CONDITIONER WAS WORKING WELL. WIFI WAS GOOD IN THE ROOM BUT UNFORTUNATELY, ON OUR SECOND DAY THERE WAS NO WIFI SO I HAD TO RUSH AND DRIVE OUT TO GET COVERAGE TO ATTEND TO MY ZOOM MEETING. THE RESORT HAS BEAUTIFUL BALINESE DOORS, STATUTES AND DECORATIVE ITEMS. WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THE WELL KEPT ORCHIDS AND FLOWERS THROUGHOUT THE RESORT. IT IS INDEED A NICE RESORT FOR INSTRAGRAM OR PHOTOGRAPHY LOVERS.

GGuest UserI have stayed in many hotels and even I'm also a hotelier. Requested for early check in at least 15 minutes earlier but the reception strictly allowed to check in after 3pm only. There must be some give and take with guest, then only we can thoroughly enjoy the hotel and service. If the room is ready, please allow the guest to check in abit early. It's not compulsory but it will help to make the guest happy with customer service.

but there are several comment need to take note for all,
1. no air condition in the lift
2. If you take booking room included breakfast, please take note that, they will take so much time to topup the buffet food. during my stay, it looks like only have 3 workers , 1 in kitchen, 1 collect the plate and cup, 1 at the counter check in breakfast.
