The service was very bad. When we arrived at the hotel, they said we had made a reservation and had not paid. I had already made a reservation and paid for it on Ctrip half a day in advance. When I showed the order to the waiter, he said that I had not paid. My friend and I stood at the front desk for more than half an hour.
