This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

The view from the room was great. The residence is sourround with Muslim Restaurant in walking distance, it's very convinient to find Halal food especially for Muslim 😁. It's such great and wonderful stay in the city of Tianjin. Will definitely come here again if have opportunity to visit this town in future. Not to forgot to mentioned, the staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Robin is my reference hotel from the Tianjin airport area, very convenient if you need to work in the industrial park. Coffee shop and restaurants a few minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and offers to help you even if they don't speak English. Just to remark that the Gym room currently is not in the best moment, it needs clean and maintenance. Also have to be careful with bad smells of moisture close to the rooms, for the rest everything is perfect. Good and big room, good shower, excellent bed... Highlight to Ms. Rita always with personalized attention, very good professional, ah! And speak English thing that is appreciated. Hotel 100% recommended. Sure I'll be back soon, Gracias!

The design is great, all the details inside and outside the room have been considered, and most of the service staff are well-trained. Unfortunately, it is a typical state-owned management, with only a few flaws: 1) The front desk had a sullen face when checking in, and the service was stiff; 2) During the three days of the Mid-Autumn Festival, some floors of the hotel were outsourced as event venues, and the already messy lobby also had a registration desk, which was very noisy. If the old hotel wants to continue to improve its service experience, it still needs to work hard.

As good as always! I bought a Ctrip reservation and checked in early. The hotel service was very considerate from the front desk to the guest room. There was free underground parking and a rich breakfast. I went to visit the town during the Qingming Festival and chose Hilton on purpose! Both adults and children love it 😘

Nice inexpensive hotel, friendly and accomodating service, clean and modern rooms, breakfast simple but okay, the only thing i didn't like was rather dim and insufficient lighting in the room. I had an early flight and arrived at the hotel around 10 am, just wanted to put our luggage there but hotel front allowed us an early check in. This really help us who had an overnight flight to rest a bit before going around Tianjin When we went inside the room there was XiaoDu little tablet to welcome us with song. U can order XiaoDu by speaking like plz open the curtain ( of course in Chinese), I liked to speak with him but don't know why XiaoDu don't follow my order in the mornings To Sum up I would give 10 out of 5, I will stay here again if I go to Tianjin the hotel locate across the road at the exit C very convenient!!!!!!!! PS.Breakfast is OK, food are variable. ( not for me though. I only like those cold dishes ) Oh they also gave us some snack when checking out

Highly recommend this hotel as the service was sooo good and their facilities are new. Staff made me felt very safe and at home while staying there, which is key for solo travellers like myself. This hotel is amazing. New, clean, staff are super nice. Coffee machine at the lobby. Standard room was already super spacious and nice but they upgraded me to their loft because of a confusion in reservation, and it was fantastic. The breakfast quality is high, with both western and Chinese local selections. They provide free beverages in the room as well as water and welcome drinks upon arrival. Highly recommend!!!

This trip chose three Atour impressions and the best service should be Jinzhou. The hardware conditions in Tianjin are very general, the facilities are a bit old, and the toilet lids are crooked. There are also health corners. First of all, the door cannot be locked. The feedback is given. The engineering department has been off work. It is understandable, but it is the first time that Atour has such a problem. The TV screen needs to be cast again after three minutes, and it is repeated. There is also a socket charging plug that always falls and is unstable. Later, I took the adapter to solve it. The water in the bathroom was not good, and it was water after two minutes [covering face]. There was no shower cap and cotton swab, and the towel also had a smell. The overall hotel service staff is very good and these problems have been solved. I hope you are getting better and better!
