Hotels in Binjiang Road/Xiao Bai Lou/Five Avenue Scenic Area, Tianjin

A nice place to stay. Close to everywhere. Friendly staff... One odd thing. The socket on the wall might be a bit old and does not take my phone charger. Acutally can't really blame them as my one is on Australia standard. But the charger does go into socket in other hotels....strange.

This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

The room is clean and tidy, the pillows are comfortable, the space is large, the toilet and bathroom have no blind spots, the room is bright and comfortable, the lobby is bright and comfortable, the smart devices in the room are easy to use, and there is no lag in the front hall. There are not many hotels in Tianjin with such a sense of service and efficiency. Combined with a room of around 300, I think it is very cost-effective.

I recently stayed at this great hotel. The location is very high. It is in the Five Avenues Scenic Area. The hotel has a smart robot. Brother Li who is in charge of parking is very enthusiastic. The guy who checked us in at the front desk was very efficient and checked us in quickly. Check in, thank you to the front desk guy, come back next time

The hotel is next to an intersection. It is easy to find. You can park at the door and there is an underground garage. You need guidance from the staff. There are one-way streets around. Parking is free. It is very friendly. The room is not bad and the facilities are very complete. The central air-conditioned room is very warm.

I had a lovely time staying in this hotel. The great thing about it is that is very centric and the Italian street is just a walking distance. I would love to stay there again.

facility: I stayed here many years ago, and two or three years have passed in the blink of an eye. The room facilities are well maintained, and the decoration style is not outdated. One of the sinks outside the master bedroom is a bit blocked, but everything else is fine. The bed is moderately soft and hard, but the disadvantages are: the pillows are uncomfortable, the rebound is not good, the quilt is thick, and the air conditioner needs to be turned on in autumn. health: The bedding was pretty good, the bath towels and towels were a bit old, and the room was kept fresh and clean. environment: The environment in the hotel is very good, the room is large, the ceiling is high, and it doesn't look depressing. There is Luckin on the first floor, which is convenient. Serve: Relatively considerate and timely room service.

Location is excellent. Staff is friendly & helpful. Breakfast is good & delicious. *The only thing I would like to see some improvements is shower room. Placement of hand shower is not right & sealing on the door is not good enough. As a result, no matter how cautious we try to be while taking shower, a lot of water still spilled into the toilet bowl area. It makes the floor slippery & can't be good / safe for guests.

Our Apartment was very well kept, neat, clean and tidy. The units are well equipped, with all the basic appliances, such as Fridge / Freezer, Washing machine and Microwave. The apartment has a kitchenette, dining area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a huge terrace with city views. The bathroom has a compact, yet very comfortable bathtub. The water temperature and pressure is perfect. Guests have access to the Gymnasium, Breakfast Lounge and Book Lounge. We will visit again in future.
