"We had terrible stay at Elephant suites, as we spend the whole weekend without hot water!! And we’ve followed every step the management asked us to do and yet ended up with no hot water and a-lot of wasted time!! We contacted the management and they offered us 15% off!! Like we are that foolish to book it again!!"

"Chosen it for its easy access to public transport from the railway station and on to the airport.
Generally, the location is not the best, but still is 15-20 minutes walk to centre. I liked the key-free access and the email response was almost instant on both times I emailed them!
On the negative side. Broken glass found in kitchen area and tables and shelves were really not cleaned properly. No cloth availability to clean by myself. I would expect more from a ”luxury” studio"

"I would recommend this for travellers who want good access to the train station. It is very clean, everything was provided and the staff friendly and helpful. It is only a gentle stroll to the restaurants and bars."

TturgaydasisI can say there is no smoking area in this hostel.
If you're smoker think twice or more.
Staff is helpful and friendly.
Rooms are clean but so small.
Breakfast is simple but enough

GGuest UserGreat central location. Entry level service most of the time from very young people. A few options in breakfast but all very good. Small room and urban view very depressing with too much noise When the window was open. AC was not working fast and the control on the wall was faulty. We tried to connect my iPhone a lot of times to the tv to watch Netflix but it didn’t work. We connected only YouTube. Marshall speaker was really good but needed assistance to connect.

ΓΓThe hotel is located in the most central location in Egnatia at the height of Aristotle. Nevertheless, it has very good sound insulation and sleeping is like sleeping in the countryside. Everything was at your feet. The room was suite 104. It was very comfortable, clean and modern, with a full minibar and lots of toiletries. I was given a 10 minute welcome massage as a gift which was amazing. Dimitris, who gave me the massage, showed me around the spa area, which I enjoyed, and suggested a facial treatment, which I did the next day and it really was amazing. Breakfast adequate. The staff is kind. My stay in Thessaloniki was made more beautiful by my stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserGood hotel with 24-hour reception near the main station. Good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately it is a little bright in the room (shower from the neighbouring room, talks from the hall). The bathroom was, unfortunately, a wet slip after a shower and was walking with caution, but this is usually used in southern countries with a genuine wet cell.

PPapanisAlthough the Monastery is not famous for the quality of the environment it offers, it is a convenient area with a 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Thessaloniki. The hotel offers a comfortable service, daily hygiene, the expected breakfast even a parking space. The rooms are qualitative and beautiful when the hotel is not complete, because then you may find a less comfortable room.
The price benefit ratio is excellent
