Fantastic customer service, room is very clean, classy and great view of the opera house too!

I was given a corner room which is large and comfortable. However the opera house is only visible if you reach out near the window.

we enjoyed 3 nights in Shangri-la Sydney. nice and clean but location is uphill so not the best option for family with stroller

The facilities of the hotel are too small, check in, swimming pool, restaurant, you have not enough space or you need to wait quite long to be served.

Good one, with nice Gym and Sauna easy to walk to Sydney Operahouse and Darling Harbour.

We were upgraded to a better room. This is our first time staying with the hotel. Amazing experience! Will visit again

My room has a good view and the foods taste well, i think these 2 factors are the only good things about this hotel. The price isn't worth its service. Super slow response. Unethical cleaning service lady who claim my rooms is switch on dnd sign (which is not) when i asked her many times to clean my room (but nobody come) until i was very angry to the front desk. Even asking for somebody to help open my wije required me to more than 5 times to ask somebody. The location itself not really pedestrian friendly especially if you bring kids or elder people. You need to climb up the road all the way up. Better pay a bit more to stay in four season or park hyatt.

Had a great stay here. Convenient and central to downtown, easy walk though there is a bit of an uphill. Not many restaurant options within the hotel but there are a lot just 2 blocks down the road. Staff was super friendly and helpful with my booking. The whole stay was smooth. I would recommend it, great place for business travellers or even families.
