This Hyatt Place Hotel went above and beyond the normal overnight stay. It is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and helpful, in every department - check-in, breakfast, and the house keeping team. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Beth the receptionist was excellent! Beth was so caring and kind and went over and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Beth made sure I was comfortable during my stay and had everything I needed, she advised me of how to access the local food shops and local area and Beth was available for anything else I needed, even the smallest details, which was reassuring for me being my first trip to Dallas. The rooms were clean, sheets and towels fresh, a good variety of hot and cold breakfast was available ! For me, seeing Beth's smiley face at reception each morning made me feel so welcomed and relaxed, I would definitely come back again- thanks Beth for making it happen for me!

One of the lovliest LaQuinta Hotels that I have been in, actually. Entrance of hotel is lovely and very welcoming. Only issues I had this time was small. Bed seemed overly firm to me and pillows were too soft; so my rest was not the most comfortable. Bathrool toliet tissue on metal roll was the only tissue in the bathroom; NO extra roll in bathroom. However, i am most certain if I had requested, they would have accomadated me with an extra roll of toliet paper.

We stayed at this hotel along with family and friends as part of a wedding celebration. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We loved the fire pit for evening gatherings. There were lots of restaurant and shopping choices nearby. The breakfast was pretty typical. Cons: no in room safes and the refrigerator would not stay on longer than two hours without continually resetting it. Overall, it was a good experience!

The hotel was conveniently located right off of the toll road. Our room was extremely clean and smelled amazing! There was good quality shampoo in the bathroom, not your typical cheap hotel shampoo and bar soap. They had dove products! The complimentary breakfast was really good. Muffins, bagels, hot fresh cinnamon rolls, pancakes, and chobani yogurt. The staff were very friendly as well. I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable hotel room this is certainly the place. Also conveniently located 25 minutes from Rockwall.

JjakemoreDonnell at the desk is awesome. I made an error when booking my reservation and she was able to get it all situated for me. Very welcoming and every time I passed by the desk she asked how I was doing, etc. She set the tone for a great stay. Room was clean and love the setup. Appreciated that there was still coffee offered downstairs by the desk even with everything going on. Will be back in the future!

GGuest UserIt's been a while since I've stayed at a Hampton Inn & Suites. This facility seems to be very new. Everything was very clean and the lobby area is definitely above average. Lots of room and seating and the design is something you'd see in a much higher end hotel. The location is great. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We walked to a nearby spot in just a few minutes. The staff was friendly, but on two different occasions we had to wait at the front desk for 5-10 minutes before an employee showed up to help us. First to check in, and then later the same evening to request pillows for the sofa sleeper (also odd that there were no pillows in the room to use the sofa sleeper). Maybe they were just understaffed on that evening, but I stay in hotels at least 25 nights a year and I don't remember having to wait for someone to show up at the front desk like that. If you like a very firm mattress, then you'll probably be fine. But for me the bed was very uncomfortable. The room was spacious, but kind of an odd design. I'm used to staying at Hyatt Place and other similar hotels where there's lots of seating in the room. Here there was a desk chair and a small loveseat only. The bathroom and shower were both good. The breakfast was about average, but nothing special. Waffles, fruit, bagels, muffins, cereal, etc. I did appreciate that it was open at 6:00am. Lots of hotels don't open their free breakfast until 7:00am or later and I'm usually already out the door by that time. Wife and kids both enjoyed the indoor pool. Nice to see indoor pools open again after so many have been closed due to COVID.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. Was checked in by a very polite, upbeat, great guy. Quin I think was his name. Great employee. Hotel is fairly new. Great colors and decor. Breakfast options weee great. Would maybe stay here again. Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants. Here is what is keeping it from being a 5 rating and changing us to a definitely would come back. First, the breakfast starts to late. 7:30. Second, they only have ice on the second and fourth floor. We were on the 1st floor. They said I needed to go to the second floor. I go up there, and the ice machine is broke. Then go to the fourth floor to finally get ice. Third. In the room. Found a couple hairs in the bath tub. Seen some finger prints in a couple different areas. Needed more k-cups. Ice bucket top was broke and didn’t look to appealing. So, that’s are take on it. If there’s to many little things like that, it adds up. But a huge kudos to the employees and breakfast quality.

GGuest UserGreat hotel for a great price! It was just a one night stay, but very glad this is the hotel that we choose. The bed was super comfortable and the A/C was ICE COLD! The young man at the front desk who checked us in was very nice as was Charles when we checked out. The breakfast was great. Plenty of hot and cold items to choose from and the area was kept clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Sshattered_catThe hotel was nice and the room was well situated. The cleaner they use for the rooms is a bit overwhelming, so there is a strong odor when you enter them. While not indicative of the stay overall, the toilet did not work. I had cats with me, so I was hesitant to contact room service to fix it. I did notice the trash can had water sitting in it, so I'm thinking it didn't work for the previous person either, and we both used the trash can to act as a water bucket to help flush the toilet. There was something that was a little odd. Check out time is 11. It was 10:50 when I went down to check out. The housekeeping staff had decided to mop the entrance way and hall areas at that precise time. That was not very well thought through.
