Subway is just round the corner, 5 minutes walk. Staffs were friendly, breakfast was good. The hotel offers welcome drink ( coffee, tea and ice lemon water) from 2pm to 12 midnight.

Location is good and close by to a lot of convienience shop. Breakfast buffet is good.

Great and convenient location from the train station and airport. For exploring Tendo and Ginzan onsen, front desk is helpful in guiding us for our sightseeing to Yamadera. Peaceful place, with a nice breakfast with local fruit juice and delicious fruits. Very appreciated. Can improve slightly for the pillow and bed and it would be amazing.

I think it was very good. I thought that everywhere would be crowded at the beginning of Golden Week, but I was able to make a reservation easily. However, I thought that the service would be not so good because it was available at a low price. But there was no need to worry at all and it was the best value for money. Although it was a little crowded. The free breakfast was just the right level for us.

The waiters seemed to be impatient with *** customers, and would give up if they asked any more questions, but at the same time, they were not interested in foreigners. The rooms were normal and sanitary. I mainly went to see Yinshan Hot Spring and Ice Tree to find a midway point.

The male staff at the reception was unfriendly and disappointing. I don't have many opportunities to talk to the staff, so I wanted them to take advantage of the opportunity. The location was good near the station. However, I thought it would be difficult to find a place to eat at night.

The hotel is next to the Shinkansen Tendo station. We couldn't find a place to stay in Ginzan Onsen, but it's convenient as it's not far from the station. where we will go to Ginzan Onsen or come down to visit Yamagata City because it is a station in the middle
