The room was dirty. The coffee machine was dirty. The room smelled like smoke.

It was up to normal standard. Unfortunately, the working chair was a little crumsy.

Good location. Very clean room. Very comfortable bed and sofa. The breakfast is simple but good to eat, especially I like the coffee machine in the buffet of the breakfast.

Needed a place for new years, perfectly locations on the edge of old town

They ****** charge me $100 case the room smells funny I don't even smoke call n ask for manager 2 times never return the call

Decent place but there was definitely some druggies staying there. It’s a short Uber ride to downtown.

Top-notch motel, no worries as long as you bring earplugs. This hotel has a bathtub, refrigerator, microwave, large room, ok breakfast, waffles, bread, milk, juice, coffee machine are also good. The only drawback is that it is noisy, sandwiched between two main roads, and the air conditioner window unit and refrigerator make compressor noises at night.

This hotel feels a bit like a motel. It is located on the side of the highway. To be honest, it is a bit noisy, but the transportation is convenient. There are several fast food restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

It was okay. The room was okay. The website and pictures were misleading on how clean it looked. There were red spots on the bathroom walls hair on the ceiling no hand soap provided. I didn’t like that it was right next to a busy road since the hotel rooms are on the outside. The microwave didn’t work properly. So I won’t be staying here again. Thank you

Got in late from working in orange county to visit a friend. Absolutely regretted going to Temecula instead of staying in OC. Had to wait 40 minutes for the front desk associate to show up and was finally able to check in at 12:30 am. Got into the room and it smelled like pickle juice and a homeless encampment. Asked to transfer rooms and was denied and the desk gave me air fresheners that didn’t help. Couldn’t eat or sleep or hardly breathe because of the smell and it was too late to go to another hotel. I was then woken up at 8 am by the screaming housekeepers that were literally right next to each other as well as handyman hammering something upstairs. Must’ve been the shower because the pipes sounded like they were going to erupt from the walls. Pretty sad to pay $350 when I should’ve gone to the motel 6 or rancho cal inn.

no water in room and no where to smoke outside of the rooms. Had to sit in the car to smoke.

this place was downright scary. I couldn't fall asleep because there were so many weird noises and sketchy people on the property. finally fell asleep only to be awakened by someone knocking on the next door - it sounded like ours, but someone answered the door. when we got settled in for the night we turned on the tv. it didn't work. called the front desk and the only solution was to switch rooms. since we were already in bed that wasn't an option. super disappointed in it. thought we could trust the best western brand. not so.
