Great resort and winery. Stayed here with a friend for a birthday and the amenities included a free wine tasting experience. I wasn't expecting the free tasting so it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very nice and courteous, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We also booked massages at the spa, and everyone there was very professional, and we had a very relaxing time. Wine tasting was great and learned a lot from the staff and other guests. Wish we could have spent more days at South Coast Winery!
Plusses: The room was lovely very large and had a lovely view. (Be sure to get a room on the east side as view is better).
Minuses: No daily service. Even the breakfast tray was still there when I came back,. Also the television does not go above a certain volume so as not to disturb others. I see that as discrimination against those who are hearing impaired. And the breakfast was so so. Stale pastries. Not fresh baked. Taste like out of a package, Yogurt was good though! There should also be instructions for the buttons for the fireplace and how to work the shower.
Still.... I would stay again.
I recently spent three nights at Temecula Creek Inn for a work event. The team at the Inn did a great job accommodating our large group of over 50 folks. The setting is beautiful. My room could have used a little love but it was pleasant and comfortable. I opted out of daily room cleaning and instead was able to text the staff for my needs along the way; extra coffee pods and towels were quickly delivered. The stand out was the food we enjoyed as part of our conference. Truly excellent and served with grace and courtesy. We enjoyed two evenings in the adjacent ”Meadow” area with plenty of room for our group to socialize and relax by the fire. Very enjoyable experience overall.
Very Good

I really don’t understand why this place is rated 2 stars? I’ve stayed at this place twice now and honestly I won’t stay anywhere else. I’ve recommended this place to several of my friends and they have loved their experience as much as I have. Things are going to be different because of COVID, but they make you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has the best location spot, you are just far enough away from old town to not get hit with all the drunks, but just close enough to go get drunk. The hotel has waters, Gatorade’s, snacks, heat up meals, and little supplies you might of forgotten on your trip like a toothbrush, for purchase in the lobby. Even though, right now because of COVID picnic style eating isn’t available, the hotel has a breakfast bag for the mornings that you are able to pick up from the hotel lobby and enjoy in your room. They have other amenities in and out of the hotel that I put on my other review. Over all, love this place.
The hotel staff was wonderful from management, to front desk to cleaning staff. Everyone was professional and kind. The rom was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
Located nest to malls, food outlets, with easy access to the freeway, it’s a convenient location. The suits come with a super king bed, 2 ring induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The rooms are spacious with a desk for working and separate seating area for relaxing. There are a number of amenities in the hotel that range from a gym, pool, residents laundry facilities to business suites and meeting room. Breakfast Buffett is simple, plentiful with a great range of choice, from your typical cooked breakfast to fresh fruit and yogurt, evening meal comes in the form of a social meal, which comes with a free drink too. All the food I sampled here was delicious and it just keeps coming out. The jewels in this hotels crown are the staff, they simply can’t do enough for you, that are attentive without being overbearing. On arrival you’re treated like a regular and regulars are treated like family. It’s been great to see the staff spending time chatting and catching up with people who’ve stayed before and before you know it, they are doing the same with you. Rarely have I become so comfortable with staff as I have here….. thank you.
Went to this location the weekend before 4th of July. If I were to ever go back to stay in Temecula, I would never stay at this location. 1. I got a room from Friday-Sunday but had my younger sister check in since I wouldn’t get there until Saturday. I sent in a CC authorization form so my card was used and not my sisters. They were not able to use it so she used hers. On Saturday when I got there, I asked the gentleman to change from the CC my sister used to my Visa but he got confused and was going to charge me for another room. I informed him that we already had a room and just wanted to change CC on file. My older sister checked in on Saturday, after I asked the gentleman to change the card on file for the room I had booked that my younger sister checked in on Friday. He took my sisters CC for the room she had book for Saturday. I see that I was charged for 2 rooms. The room that I had booked for 2 nights and I figured the other charge was the new room he was accidentally booking me when I was changing the CC that day, but when I spoke to my sister about this issue she looked at her Visa statement and she had not been charged. She sends me her invoice statement and they had charged my card when I had NOT authorized that. She booked with her visa because she was going to get cash back from a promo she had gotten and now because of that she is not and I will not get my discount on the room I booked either (the 2 night stay one under my name). Then there was also an issue with the room my older sister booked. The AC was not working. I went and spoke to a manager and she didn’t seem like she wanted to help much. She sends the maintenance guy to try and fix it and he was unable to. I then I go and ask if we can just get switched to another room and she said “I don’t think we have another room so he will have to fix it” I asked if she can check and she again says “sorry we are going to have to try and fix it”. The maintenance guy then removes the unit from our room and exchanges it with the meeting room unit next to our room. He turns it on and it started making a loud noise. I go and talk to the manager again and ask to be switched since we were already hot and frustrated. She again said she couldn’t and went to talk to the maintenance guy. She was asking him what was happening and he said it wasn’t working. She kept insisting he keep trying. He then said if it was below a certain degree it would make noise and to not mess with the AC unit because if it went below a certain degree it would freeze the unit. The unit stopped making noise and I asked her what could be done if it happened again and that’s when she said they would see what they could do. Once they stepped out, the unit started making the noise and I opened the door and called her back over and told her it was not working again. She then said “of course it would happen when we step out”. She then went and looked for another room for us to go to. Had she done that from the be
Nice, clean hotel. Bar downstairs with a happy hour from 3-5pm. And you can take drinks to your room. Bartender was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, updated, spacious king room. I would stay here again.
I have been to many hilton hotels. Came to this one for my wedding anniversary and the room was not nice the door actually looked like someone tried breaking in the pillows were not great like all other hiltons. Wallpaper coming off the wall. The breakfast was honestly the best part
Non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes. Room was disgustingly dirty! Bathroom was gross head cigarette stains on the ceiling walls from when the shower he did everything up. The room smell extremely bad!! There is so much outside activity going on homeless people drug dealers walking around. A few of the guys that were walking around outside kept trying to talk to my children saying hi waving at them winking at them telling them to come over to the vending machines. Had homeless people with all their blankets laying in there! Cigarette butts all outside. It says no animals allowed it smelt like urine outside the rooms and inside the rooms! Rooms need to be definitely updated . Bed sheets were extremely dirty had hair in their dirty feet Marks . The beds are so hard. I don’t even think our room was cleaned the beds were just made there was stuff on the floor from the previous person that stayed there All night long I heard dogs barking in the other room. You always heard people walking by your door touching your door handle talking. It was just an overall extremely bad place we felt unsafe I didn’t even sleep because I felt like I had to stay up and watch my family. Nasty nasty place
