Temecula, CA - Historic Old Town

Customer service was absolutely top notch, everyone was very kind and attentive. My only complaint is the laundry room wasnt sticked with some soap fornpirchase soni couldnt do laundry(and I really needed to lol). Ots within walking distance to Old Town Temecula so would be easy to go for some drinks and not have an issue getting home. Was quiet at night and didnt feel unsafe one bit. The room thatvi had did not have a mini fridge so prepare for that

Needs microwave or atleast coffee maker

We stayed their one night. The hotel is near the historic old town, which we liked very much.

Good safety n not noise like others

For a motel 6 it was delightful.

Worst hotel I've every been. It doesn't provide room service, guests have to make their beds, no clean towels every day, cleaning and setting up things in the room have to be made by guests. The motel doesn't state these conditions when you book. Not cheap for what you get, very poor value. Absolutely unacceptable. Never a Motel 6 again.

Staff are super nice, welcoming and they tried their best to help however air con not working with a temp of 90 outside, assigned connecting room with a super noisy neighbour having party until 6am and no other room available because fully booked which i highly doubt cause when i checked online through different websites they all mentioned rooms available. At the end they refunded 15% which i had no choice but to accept it. We couldn't sleep the whole night and ruined our trip the next whole day!! The worst motel experience in my life!!

Booked 3 days out of town daughter wedding for myself. I requested bottom floor due to knee problem and lots of wedding venue items to haul. Upon arrival I was told no bottom rooms, but when I became frustrated called housekeeping and yes there were 5 rooms available. Then, with help coming the following day i asked if the rooms weere smoke free or? i was given a nasty look as if I was a bother to them After handng nearly 500.00 for 3 nights including senior discount the room was infested with biting moskitos , roaches crawling on bed and transients around
