"Our family booked this hotel was a last minute plan and lucky there’s a room that’s still available even though it’s far from the hotel that we want. 1) the room doesn’t provided with iron and iron board we have to call them and took them like few minutes to picked our call. They send them after 30 mins late and we are late for our dinner. 2) the iron wire, the tape the wire and plugs with a black tape to cover it. So when I used to iron my clothes, it’s not proper working and also I feel a lil electric shocks and not continue to use it. 3) my toddler has a sudden fever and we called up the receptionist to inform about we wanted an extra small towel and they acknowledge it. We called them at 2am and waited until 4am and we called them back again and they send us one shower towel instead. Mind you I was freaking worried about my child condition at that time of point. 4) weeks decided to extend one stay for few hours and I was told that late check out is until 6pm and there for will be rm 70 ringgits. Another last minute plan changed, we decided to extend our stay until the next day but was told by one of the staff that we needed to book via Agoda apps to extend our stay instead of explaining saying that they csn deduct half of yhe amount instead of paying rhe full amount instead. Already disappointed 5) the channels tv doesn’t have YouTube like normal ksl does. 6) don’t have any menus for us to order food for last mins hungry at night and wanted to order food my sick toddler but we used grab instead 7) the toilet böle been hearing annoying things like krik2. Overall we don’t mind about location but the satisfaction wasn’t there at all 8) system to check in need to wait 15 mins at staff told us the system is lagging. What a waste."

"The hotel is near Toppen but there is no traffic light to cross the road. Crossing road is dangerous. We took Grab to go Toppen instead of walking there. The restaurant nearby breakfast menu is good"

"The apartment is nice and clean, very convenient and comfortable staying with my families member up to 10 persons. Friendly customers service too."

"Unit #28-05 1. Wifi didnt worked throughout whole stay, No Resolution so requested for compensation, owner no respond 2. Since Wifi didnt worked, tried watch TV, also not working 3. Air-Con smelt so bad, Only used the fan, Didnt stay in apartment much 4. Using fan only mattress had issues too, the smell lingered on mattress too 😪 5. Master bedroom’s 🚿 area kept on flooding even though open drain cover 6. Sofa was very uncomfortable cos no more cushion, literally can feel the metal below the cushion It is a unit issue, stayed other units before is 👌🏻 Mgnt/Service needs improvement as Wifi is not a small concern"

"Booked last min due to poor planning from my side for my company retreat & didn't expect much for this place, The moment we checked in, we are really impressed, not only its clean, the decor is on point , the best part the pool is just outside our unit. also there's washing machine & Dryer for this homestay too."

"What we love about the place is really the cleanliness, top notch! Location wise, decent depends on where you are planning to head, but honestly, to KSL is around 30 mins drive. We will go back for the cleanliness. There are small snacks for the kids and games too, and this makes them feel much at home."

"The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again. Suggestion: * The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was. * beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on * Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley. * Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool."

"Best part was the location and having 2 bedrooms in the apartment. On hindsight, should have gone for hyatt at the same building where lobby is accessible within the mall. For this residence, had a hard time even trying to check in. First of all, the auto reply welcome message told us to whatsapp the number 1-3 day before on check in. When i did, there was no reply all the way even thought the number was indeed under antlerzone. Had no idea if this was because check in was not ready until after 4pm on checkin day and no choice waited till then. But still no reply so tried to look around for alternative contact number and finally got reply from another of their whatsapp number and only begun check in process then. By then kids was tired and irritated and the instructions givennto access the lobby was not helpful for families not driving. Had to walk up the cars’ slope to reach. Advice on alternative lift and entrances were not helpful. Families with young children or elderly need to consider these."
