"Bedsheets and linens are not exactly crispy clean but the location is great for nearby shopping malls (Toppen, IKEA and Aeon). Ok for a one night stay."

"This is my second trip to this hotel I like it because of his location is very good amenities around it. There is also parking included. Breakfast is also included although I will say the price is a bit on the steep side. Also, the breakfast usually we don’t need Frankie speaking we don’t need their breakfast because there’s a lot of food around the hotel just working between walking distance even level one of the hotel has already very good food and a supermarket so I hope they can give us a choicenot to use the hotel breakfast and reduce the cost. Otherwise, I may look for other places to go because the price is really a bit on the high side compared to the other two hotel. I also went for this trip."

"the hotel is located quite a distance away from the popular eateries. though the hotel's deco is pretty unique and clean. however after having read some reviews from other reviewers, the hotel room indeed has a very musky smell despite having to switch the aircon colder. the shampoo and body soap provided smell terrible too. overall the hotel is considered very dated, and the toilet is also very small. prob the only good part is the hotel's location is a distance away from the popular spots where the surrounding is not so noisy as there are no hot entertainment outlets surrounding the hotel area. soundproofing is definitely lacking coz the housekeeping work area is just outside the room and can literally hear all the sounds coming from the housekeeping activities in the morning. unfortunately, will not consider coming back to this hotel unless certain basic things are overhauled. prob more recommended for solo travellers who want a quiet night stay and do not mind walking to the hot spots for good food and entertainment."

"Thin walls where you can hear sounds from corridor & room next door. For the price, the room is very clean with amenities as stated (shower gel, toothbrush, towel, TV (no Netflix), free bottled water and kettle). No hair dryer available. The location is conveniently located - near to dim sum food place, grocery shop, many eateries and entertainment. Fuss-free check in. Food delivery can be ordered thru app and delivered up to door step of your room. Highly recommended."

"We really liked the themed house, the house has heater and also enough plugs for our electronics, I had a great stay at this affordable house. Overall a great experience."

"The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again. Suggestion: * The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was. * beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on * Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley. * Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool."

"Sufficient for a night stay with the basics- bed is clean, water pressure is good. Like that there's a spacious living room - actually its good to invite friends over for short drinks but no extra beds for guests. Find the tatami mat a bit dirty. Location is quite good - famous da tou lala claypot is just downstairs. Lots of ktv places within walking distance Checking in and out is fairly easy. Overall good for short stay"
