"Our family booked this hotel was a last minute plan and lucky there’s a room that’s still available even though it’s far from the hotel that we want.
1) the room doesn’t provided with iron and iron board we have to call them and took them like few minutes to picked our call. They send them after 30 mins late and we are late for our dinner.
2) the iron wire, the tape the wire and plugs with a black tape to cover it. So when I used to iron my clothes, it’s not proper working and also I feel a lil electric shocks and not continue to use it.
3) my toddler has a sudden fever and we called up the receptionist to inform about we wanted an extra small towel and they acknowledge it. We called them at 2am and waited until 4am and we called them back again and they send us one shower towel instead. Mind you I was freaking worried about my child condition at that time of point.
4) weeks decided to extend one stay for few hours and I was told that late check out is until 6pm and there for will be rm 70 ringgits.
Another last minute plan changed, we decided to extend our stay until the next day but was told by one of the staff that we needed to book via Agoda apps to extend our stay instead of explaining saying that they csn deduct half of yhe amount instead of paying rhe full amount instead.
Already disappointed
5) the channels tv doesn’t have YouTube like normal ksl does.
6) don’t have any menus for us to order food for last mins hungry at night and wanted to order food my sick toddler but we used grab instead
7) the toilet böle been hearing annoying things like krik2.
Overall we don’t mind about location but the satisfaction wasn’t there at all
8) system to check in need to wait 15 mins at staff told us the system is lagging.

No Resolution so requested for compensation,

5. Master bedroom’s 🚿 area kept on flooding even though open drain cover
6. Sofa was very uncomfortable cos no more cushion, literally can feel the metal below the cushion
It is a unit issue, stayed other units before is 👌🏻

"What we love about the place is really the cleanliness, top notch! Location wise, decent depends on where you are planning to head, but honestly, to KSL is around 30 mins drive. We will go back for the cleanliness. There are small snacks for the kids and games too, and this makes them feel much at home."

"The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again.
Suggestion:
* The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was.
* beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on
* Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley.
* Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool."

"Best part was the location and having 2 bedrooms in the apartment. On hindsight, should have gone for hyatt at the same building where lobby is accessible within the mall.
For this residence, had a hard time even trying to check in. First of all, the auto reply welcome message told us to whatsapp the number 1-3 day before on check in. When i did, there was no reply all the way even thought the number was indeed under antlerzone.
Had no idea if this was because check in was not ready until after 4pm on checkin day and no choice waited till then. But still no reply so tried to look around for alternative contact number and finally got reply from another of their whatsapp number and only begun check in process then. By then kids was tired and irritated and the instructions givennto access the lobby was not helpful for families not driving. Had to walk up the cars’ slope to reach. Advice on alternative lift and entrances were not helpful.
Families with young children or elderly need to consider these."

"The accommodation is really convenient. It is minutes walk away from aeon tebrau and easy to drive to mt Austin and other surrounding areas.
Carpark is a little tight if you are driving a big car. The host is very responsive and courteous.
My only nitpick will be the towels. Bring your own towels if you want better quality towels as ours seems to shed more than normal."

However, the only downside is that the room's charging port doesn't support iPhone cables, so you'll need to use the common area for charging your phone.

The hotel is newly renovated, and their basic amenities are sufficient. For the price of S$40/night in 2025, this hotel is considered to be at the lower range, but it offers a very good standard of cleanliness, careful details, and the general comfort is assured!

DDoreen Hwee NoiThis time we booked the king room and it’s so much better. It’s spacious and comes with all the items you need for a comfy stay : slippers, towels, comb, toothbrush, shaver, hair dryer and dispensable shower gel and shampoo.
The only thing I don’t like is the shampoo and shower gel smell but I think it’s a personal preference coz my partner don’t seem to mind it.
They also provide kettle, tea and coffee sachet, 2 bottle water, fridge and mini safe.

GGuest UserThis is my second trip to this hotel I like it because of his location is very good amenities around it. There is also parking included. Breakfast is also included although I will say the price is a bit on the steep side. Also, the breakfast usually we don’t need Frankie speaking we don’t need their breakfast because there’s a lot of food around the hotel just working between walking distance even level one of the hotel has already very good food and a supermarket so I hope they can give us a choicenot to use the hotel breakfast and reduce the cost. Otherwise, I may look for other places to go because the price is really a bit on the high side compared to the other two hotel. I also went for this trip.

The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
