Welcome was friendly and helpful, with advice about the surrounding district, parking et.. Room was spotless with lots of lovely little touches which made you feel very welcome. Our room was also well equipped with cooking facilities, etc., an excellent shower, aircon and a very comfortable bed. It is also pet friendly, with a safe, fenced area for your pet. Highly recommend and will definitely stay next time we are in the area.

Excellent location, clean, friendly, good price, good water conservation policies. If this review doesn’t go through, it’s Trip advisor!s fault as it’s the second time round, hence abbreviated from the first. Review on trip advisor? Too many hoops to leave a review on your website. Really like Matariki lodge. Repeat customer.

The shower is excellent especially the mist feature. Very lovely lady behind reception, very helpful. Nice and tidy motel, very clean. Comfortable beds and great size plus a variety of pillows. Would highly recommend staying here. Rooms are a great size aswell for the whole family or even a couple. A great place to stay A++++++

Excellent place to stay. Well appointed new and superbly clean rooms with everything needed for our stay. Close to restaurants and services. Karl provides a warm welcome and his recommendations for dinner are spot on. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely room, nice and spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet setting. Easy access to wherever you want to go. Shops are only a few minutes away. Greeted with a smile and very friendly. The dogs are great too! Definately would stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights while in town for a wedding. Lovely and clean, with large, sunny rooms. Kitchenette was very well-equipped and bathroom was spotless. Great water pressure, extremely comfortable bed, and great parking. It was our first visit to Te Awamutu, we would definitely return, and absolutely would stay here again.

From booking online to checking in the service was excellent. The hosts were happy to work with me on a special request I made. Warm and friendly greeting on arrival. My unit was beautifully clean and the presentation was great. The unit has tasteful decor and furniture along with some lovely bits if artwork on the walls. Kitchenette is an added bonus. Close to town too, I loved my stay. I would happily recommend this as a great place to stay

Arrived to a clean, warm room. After a long day at work it was great to come back to a clean and tidy room. Room was cleaned daily. Linen was restocked. Kitchen area was extra clean. I felt safe, this was a safe place to lodge in. Easy access to township. Great resturants! All in all an excellent accomondation.
