An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

This renovated soviet fabric factory is a perfect place to relax in Tbilisi. With its industrial feel, there are relaxed open spaces with sofas and carpet and places to sit and chat or catch up on work. The rooms are super-clean and spacious and stylishly fitted out with comfy beds and excellent showers. And the young staff are happy to help sort out any problem. Outside, the courtyard is buzzing with cafes, bars and restaurants making it a great place to relax from the frenzy of the city.

We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

First of all I would like to thank all the people who worked in this lovely hotel mike, Khalid, salomi and sorry to forget the Indian guy for their helping and supporting us, the hotel is very clean and the people are kind with smiley face and helpful the break fast was verity and delicious We asked to change the room they tried their best and yes they did by the next day thank you salomi and all the beautiful stuff sure I’ll choose this hotel for my next trip especially its close to the center of Tbilisi.

Amazing hotel! The staff is very kind and welcoming, they are helpful with recommendations for trips and information on sites. Thank you Mariam for your help. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, amazing views, and very comfortable beds. They provide daily complimentary chocolates and water, in the rooms. The location is even better, in just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) there are shops, restaurants and cafes with beautiful views on the way. They even provide umbrellas for very sunny or rainy days. In my opinion, the star of the show is the spa, an amazing underground pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, salt room, changing rooms, and free food/drinks (cookies, smoothies, teas, lemon and regular water, and fruits). This is the place to stay in Tbilisi, and I will be coming back for the scrub massage and facial.

Firstly, I have to admit, that due to the bad weather conditions (heavy snowfall in the Gudauri region, roads were closed), I was a day late to my reservation, however I asked to keep it, since I intended to come anyway. I had an answer from a hotel, that they are keeping a room for me. Anyway, when I finally came, it appeared that I could only stay for a night, since the hotel was totally booked. However, the personnel were very kind, suggesting breakfast, taxi and being very pleasant to talk to.  Secondly, the room was quite spacious with big windows overlooking the top of the Trinity Cathedral.  Thirdly, I was given an extra heater, insomuch as it was very cold outside, which is nice. Finally, I have spent only one night there and could not provide more information, except for the fact that the building is interestingly designed and located in the area of old Tbilisi, among the private houses, primarily one-store. By the way, I met fluffy dogs there. 

I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially the woman at the reception (I forgot her name). They treated me not like a guest, but like a family member. So much help, sincere care. Thank you again! I rented the room for the night, but on my next trip I will definitely stay here. Location - 🔥 All attractions are within easy reach And what a terrace on the top floor of the hotel - view of Tbilisi + Georgian wine = great evening. Clean, spacious room (bath amenities, slippers ✅) Breakfast - boiled egg, sausages, bread, cheeses, tea, coffee, juices, vegetables, fruits - included in the price (room for 2000₽😲) I'm in a pleasant shock. Had 2 stays here, one for 2 nights, and after visiting Kutaisi we spent another night here. The location was great, with easy access to Metro and bus station (#337 heads directly to airport). Holy Trinity Cathedral was around 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and other scenic spots is also within walk distance. Also noticed the guidebook in the room which provides useful information about the attractions nereby. Staffs here are always professional and ready to help, especially Giorgi, Lika and Miriam (sorry if I got her name wrong) who gave us a warm welcome and supported us during our stay here. Feel like being at home and really made me and my parents enjoyed our stay at Tbilisi. Would love to come back in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel for one night, i wish i could make it longer but i had other arrangements The staff are very friendly, Giorgi who checked us in, and Olga the manager who helped us with one issue. Also all other staff who helped us during our short stay with taxis and locations. Rooms are bit small so if you are a family with kids you should consider booking a suite which is affordable. Breakfast is reasonable and rich with local food. The lobby is cosy and nice, there’s a small playing area for kids, also hot drinks and water are available for free at the lobby. Would definitely stay there again if i go back another time to Tbilisi.

Travelled with family in April 2024 on a tour by Holiday Factory Budget hotel with budget services. Will not recommend this hotel if you are visiting Tbilisi. Cons - Hotel is located away from City center where you need to be when you visit Tbilisi. During peak hours it will take 45 mins to 1 hour to reach City Center where all the action is. - Situated in an odd neighbourhood where no proper restaurants are available. - Hotel has 2 wings one old and one new. We were placed in old wing where most of rooms were in bad condition. - Once again reception was cold, no smiles no welcome just check in as you have been booked. - Rooms are basic. Door handle clamps screws were missing which is very basic and door would not close so had to call the maintenance. - Room was quite hot. During enquiry was notified that AC for the full hotel was switched off. You can keep the window open for cold air. Sorry what was that ????? - Breakfast was mentioned 9 to 11 but found serving was on from 0800 am. Arrangements were a disaster. One counter for around 100 guests with everyone falling head over heels for food. - As we came late we had to wait for most dishes to be brought. Breakfast options were decent. - Hotel is 10 mins from hotel and it is frequented by holiday tour groups so busy all the time. Pros - Hotel is near to airport which is 10 mins away. If you plan to visit the city center where peace bridge, mother of georgia statue, sulphur baths and shopping is available stay near to the area as you will waste time moving to and from the hotel.
