The hotel is good but the staff are very RUDE especially the ones who serve the breakfast. The drinking water policy is very bad.. The breakfast timings are very nonsensical and they try to take advantage of the language barrier.
They change the bed sheets once in 3 days which is again nonsensical.
Now coming to breakfast the timings are 8-11am and the staff who serve the breakfast are very RUDE as if we are surviving on their mercy. The don’t refill the items that gets over and when asked to refill NO FOOD.. ITS OVER that is the response we get.
The bathroom Room#405 that I was using for shower the water was getting clogged and was like a pool and have to wait for sometime to clear and then start shower again.
Overall not worth for the money they charged I would have been okay if they have behaved that way and got the deal for a cheaper price.

Stayed here for 1 night before our flight return and it was a nice hotel with a green garden area around the property. Hotel staff seemed very busy with their own conversations among themselves in the restaurants when we tried to order coffee. The female staff at the reception was not able to recommend any areas nearby however during our check-out we were very pleased with the male staff who was able to recommend me and my friend a local restaurant nearby and more places in the city near by.

Hotel location is 5/5 Ambience is 5/5 Interior is 5/5 Cleanliness is 5/5 Breakfast is 5/5 Service is EXCEPTIONAL especially Diane and Diana and the other guy from the reception team. They are very helpful with their guest. Highly recommend 👌👌👌👌

This hotel is so beautiful - the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are perfect. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious! The hotel is located only 10 minutes by foot from the heart of Tbilisi. We stayed here for 2 nights and we will surely choose this hotel again when visiting Tbilisi!

Hotel doesn’t have basic needs and services. Staffs are not friendly and professional as 4* hotels. Most of staff don’t speak English and doesn’t bother to deliver good service. Hotel doesn’t have the emergency stuff also and doesn’t bother to help you arrange it also. Won’t recommend at all.

Staff was all wonderful, very helpful. The breakfast was great, the room was very comfortable. Splurge for the room with the tub on the balcony, it's amazing.

When leaving, they demanded payment, although they paid in advance through Booking. And upon arrival they checked the payment and said everything is ok. The employee tried to convince that payment on booking does not mean anything and you need to pay. As a result, after half an hour, the payment was found, but the mood was spoiled. At least apologize for your mistake.
