How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

It took a taxi to send us to another hotel three times. Fortunately, this hotel is estimated to have encountered this situation many times. Please help us take a taxi to return to the hotel. The staff were accommodating. The rooms were very clean. It was close to the airport which was easier after a long flight. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. The ambience of the restaurant was exquisite. It is definitely the best hotel that I have stayed in.

I was lucky to stay at this hotel.
Cleanliness is also excellent. Soft bedding, towels, and nightclothes. I was impressed by the delicious breakfast and the consideration and kindness of the warm-hearted hotel manager who even brought us a scale to measure the weight of our airplane luggage.
When I return to Korea, I will be able to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable. The location was also very good and very close to everywhere! Moreover, this price is the best at the same location. I extended it for a few more nights~ The boss is also very niceeeee! Helping with all the big and small things❤️❤️The beef dumplings cooked by the aunt in the store are delicious and have the same taste as those made by my mother. The milk for breakfast is also delicious. The small cake cut into pieces and dipped in sauce suits my taste.
It’s a pity that I slept in today! I must get up early to have breakfast tomorrow😆😆

I booked this hotel for my friend, and he complained to me that it was too different from the one in China. However, this hotel is run by a Chinese, and the service attitude is very good. It has a high cost-performance ratio, a good environment, cleanliness, and is reassuring. He told me to stay here again in the future.

Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе, отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие во время нашего проживания, что создаёт приятную атмосферу. К уборке нареканий не было. В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. It was just a little far from the city center, but it didn't matter if you took a taxi. The front desk guy and girl were very welcoming when I checked in. The only downside was that when I checked out, they said that our parents' room had used a piece of chewing gum from the refrigerator. They said that they had compared the photos before and after their stay, and that my parents were sure they didn't eat the chewing gum. We also spent 700 or 800 yuan on dinner at the hotel at our own expense, so it was impossible for them to blame him for a piece of chewing gum. Later, although the front desk asked me to leave, they still didn't seem to believe me.

KKWonderful location and great quality service. Large room in contemporary style furniture. Warm and comfortable beddings. Great 24hr access to a Hot water and central heating is kudos to this hotel during this winter season.
Hotel Personal is helpful and open for assistance at any time upon guest request.
Cons: Circulating security guard in the main lobby with swinging car keys in his hands is unfortunate site seeing.
Wishing bar could stay open past midnight. During my stay the hotel pool and spa center was not operating and closed.

We left feeling satisfied and content with the excellent value we received for our money. Additionally, the location is conveniently accessible. Finding it was a breeze, and it spared us the stress of getting lost in an unfamiliar area. Moreover, the added convenience of a nearby convenient store proved to be a cherry on top, making it easy for us to grab any necessities we required during our visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is quite big and the sheets are washed. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a little smaller. Breakfast is quite rich. 15 to 20 minutes walk from the subway station. The service staff was good. When I left, I helped to call a local taxi to the train station. The price was cheap. Because there is no good communication, the taxi driver refused to collect our car money, saying that he did not collect cash, and we did not have to pay the money in the owner's card. We can't get off the bus. When we arrive at Buhari, we will call the boss to see how to pay him back. The boss said that we don't have to worry. He will pay the driver on his mobile phone and say that there is not much money. Since we can't come back to pay, we won't charge us. Wow, it's so good people. I will come back next time I have a chance.

Кофе есть, хороший, из кофемашины, разумеется бесплатно. Выбор чаев в пакетиках 7-8 сортов. Жарят яичницу и омлет, можно добавить наполнитель по вкусу. Очень много фруктов, сладостей, выпечки, сухофруктов, орешков и пр. Голодные не останетесь! (ну или надо очень привередничать). - В номерах Чайник, чашки, каждый день добавляют чаи (черный и зеленый), кофе растворимый, сахар, вода бутилированная каждый день по 0,5 на человека. - В номерах люкс (двухкомнатных) есть кухонка, плита, мойка,даже кулер с водой. По запросу дадут тарелки-ложки-ножи-мисочки! - Во всех номерах есть мини холодильники. Все покупки требующие охлаждения есть где хранить! - Номера достаточно просторные. В каждом номере кроме огромной кровати есть два кресла и стул со столом. - В отеле есть филиал банка, но с рублями они не работали. Остальная валюта – welcome. - В отеле не курят!!!! (в отличие от многих заведений Ташкента). - Рядом большой рынок – можно удобно купить гостинцев и нести недалеко! Напротив рынка, аптеки и алкомаркеты (для страждущих). - Ночной администратор, Азиз, очень приятный парень. Помог решить много неприятных моментов, от жуликоватого таксиста, до момента выезда. Видя, что у меня разболелась спина от прогулок, разрешил сдавать номер в день выезда не в 12-00, а в 15-00, как раз к такси. Огромное ему спасибо! Очень чуткий человек! МИНУСЫ - Отель новый ☹ это и минус тоже. Ещё не все косяки от строителей исправлены. Пример, в унитазе встроенное биде. Но тот, кто крепил ёршик в номере 301, не особо думал о трубах в стене и, крепя его к стене, просверлил её. Когда вода подается в биде, она же течет и стены в месте крепления ёршика унитаза. - Кондиционеры. Они есть в каждом номере. Но за неделю косяки с их работой были дважды. Боюсь это каждый раз был фактор человеческих рук, зачем то полезших в систему. Но при жалобах – пытались быстро исправлять. - В номерах угловых очень вайфай. Он есть, но постоянно пропадает. Особенно удивило, что часть ТВ каналов зависят от наличия WIFI. - Огромная кровать с оооочень жестким матрасом. Забота о здоровье спин гостей? Но спать было удобно, мы быстро привыкли - На солнечной стороне отеля окна лучше не расшторивать, за день прогреется так, что не охладите очень долго. - Ресторан A la Carte. Если к завтракам, реально, претензий нет, то обеды и ужины повару не удались. Готовит кто угодно, но не повар. Может и портит любые блюда. На комментарий официанту, что блюдо плохое. Получили ответ: хорошо. Поправили, нет, мол, это плохо. Официант согласился, - плохо. Всё. Счет без изменений. Больше не обедали там ни разу, а было бы удобнее. - Южная сторона отеля выходит на электроподстанцию, на нижних этажах есть небольшой гул от трансформаторов. Спать нам это не мешало ВПЕЧАТЛЕНИЕ - Создалось впечатление, что отель запускали сразу после постройки, а косяки должны были оттестировать постояль

GGuest UserThe Navruz Hotel is in a great location on a side street but close to metro and a few restaurants (can recommend Siesta restaurant!). Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need including kettle, fridge, bottled water, blackout curtains, toiletries, hairdryer. Beds are large and comfortable with lovely bed linen. Bathroom of the room we stayed in was small with shower cubicle only, no bath, but was clean and modern with good water pressure. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a hard day's sightseeing and I particularly enjoyed having a cappuccino or two at breakfast. The young male receptionist (sorry I didn't get his name but he seemed to work 24/7) spoke excellent English and was helpful and efficient.

The hotel was half way between downtown and the airport and reasonably priced. We were arriving early morning and had an evening flight out so needed place to rest during the day, and sleep and shower. We booked from the night before our early arrival for a full night and for additional half the price of a night they let us stay until 18:00. The room was basic, the hotel has a pool and sauna. It is a cheap Yandex ride to the airport or the center, but not an easy walking distance to metro

В номерах стандартный набор принадлежностей ”шампунь, гель для душа, зубная щётка, мыло, тапочки, халат”. В номере чисто. Отель находится очень удобно: с одной стороны вокруг жилые дома и тихо, но с другой можно дойти пешком до центра или Magic city через частные дома. Рядом есть автобусная остановка, где автобусы каждые 15 ездят и можно таким образом доехать до центра города

GGuest UserMy choice for this hotel at the end of my Uzbekistan trip had been its closeness to the domestic and international airports. For my stay in Tashkent at the beginning of my tour I selected a hotel closer to the centre. The surroundings of the Royal Mezbon are not very pleasant: a very busy street, almost impossible to cross and nowhere to go on foot. Out the window, in fact a whole glass wall, which I like, one only saw ugly apartment blocks from Soviet days. Taxis are the only way to get out from here. The hotel recommends itself also as a spa, but my time here was so limited, that I could not test it. Nor did I have a chance to try the breakfast due to an early flight. Instead I went for dinner, where there were hardly any other guests. There is a bar and a big list of cocktails in the menu card, but the barman seemed to be a total beginner and he didn't even know what brand their only draught beer is. For dinner I had an arugula salad to start, but it consisted mainly of pieces of beef, not mentioned in the menu card. After that I had a 'Traditional Lagman', made with Spaghetti instead of typical Uzbek noodles and again mainly full of meat, the same kind as in the salad before. The whole hotel is full of kitsch with a porch consisting of Corinthian columns and a rather overloaded interior decoration. At least the room was comfortable with a good bed and shower. Unlike most other hotels I stayed in Uzbekistan here one doesn't get an old-fashioned key, but a key card.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was comfortable and clean. In the morning, breakfast was varied and tasty. The waitstaff was attentive. The hotel is located in the city center, it was convenient to get around. I would like to note that the hotel is very clean, well done!). The hotel stay was great!
