A very good hotel with friendly staff and great rooms. The only disadvantage is that it's a bit far from the city center

Although our room was on the third floor, they helped us carry our suitcases and gave us tips about nearby restaurants.
I think the response is generally good.
The room itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities such as shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, towels, disposable slippers, refrigerator, and hair dryer.
There was free water in the hallway, but not in the room, but there is a supermarket about a 20 minute walk away, and you can buy it at the hotel.
However, I was a little concerned that there was some dirt left on the glasses.

Generally, the hotel is quite new. The floor heating in the room is very hot, I have to turn on the air conditioner to cool down 😂

The hotel is not big, but it is very new, the interior is neat and clean, and the heating effect is very good in winter (floor heating).
Similar to a family hotel, the staff is very friendly, about 5-6 people, like a family.
The hotel is like a courtyard, and the courtyard in the middle is a public space where you can rest or drink tea.
The location is a bit remote, but you can book a taxi online or ask the waiter to help you.

В целом неплохой отель на одну-две ночи, но мог бы быть лучше.
Отель чуть в стороне от главной дороги, но с учетом дешевизны и распространенности такси в Узбекистане это не проблема.
Всё чистое, свежее, номер маловат, но проблема в другом.
У нас в бронирование был включен завтрак, но, блин, завтракать там не захотелось. Заветренные, несвежие продукты. В итоге съели только кусочек хлеба с холодной яичницей из одного яйца. Даже фрукты выглядели как-будто они были нарезаны сутки назад. Кофе не было, это беда.
Мне кажется, простой, минимальный, но хороший и вызывающий аппетит завтрак -это то, что в принципе не так сложно организовать и у отеля Orion категорически это не получилось.
И еще, сделайте, пожалуйста, нормальное освещение в ванной комнате, чтобы можно было бриться не напрягая зрение.
Надеюсь, отель расценит эту критику, как точку роста и развития своего сервиса для гостей.
